My Bernese Mtn Dog underwent Ccl (ACl) surgery and Embrace was exact to their coverage policy on all vet visits, surgery and care.

Peace of mind when you need it most
My dog recently had to have surgery and have his spleen removed and 2 benign tumors. The ASPCA paid my claim immediately and even called to see how my dog was doing. My doctor usually doesn't call much less my insurance company (who btw has NEVER called me to see how I was doing). It's stressful enough to be worried about your pet; you don't need to worry about whether the insurance will pay. Thanks

Efficient, no jumping hoops for claim and pd quick
My Doggie tore her CCL and we treated it conservatively at first and then decided to have surgery. ASPCA claim process was efficient and easy. Once my dog had surgery their payment was accurate and quick. They were very courteous on calling to see how my dog was doing. I am glad I had this insurance.

The Best Pet Insurance.
This is my second dog covered by Embrace Pet insurance. I have not had good luck with the health of my dogs, but Embrace is ridiculously good. I'm a 30 year veteran of the insurance industry so I read the contracts. This is the best contract as written. Clear and comprehensive coverage at what you are charged for care, not what they think it should cost. Service is ridiculous. They process claims within 2 weeks always and often within a few days and they email you to let you know they received, that they are processing it, that they sent payment and to check to make sure you received payment! People should be treated this well.

Peace of mind
I have had Embrace for almost a year for our 14 month old Cavapoo with digestive issues. In the last 2 weeks, I have filed 5 claims, including a hospitalization, abdominal ultrasound, and numerous lab tests, and all have been processed and paid. They have been easy to work with and easy to submit and check on claims. It has certainly given us a peace of mind know they are there for us.

Great insurance!
We recently found out our Newfoundland, Chewbacca, has allergies, poor guy. He was getting infections from having such itchy skin. Anyway, our vet suggested zyrtec, that didn't work. So she suggested we try this new allergy drug just for dogs that cost a lot of money. We wouldn't have been able to afford it without the insurance. He is now healthy and happy with the new meds all thanks to Pet's Best!! Thank you!!
