Great Service Great Claim Service
We have 2 English Bulldogs.I was looking for accident and comprehensive coverage if the dogs became ill. Abby suddenly started vomiting daily.We were going to the vet for x-rays blood work medication and then to a animal hospital for an ultrasound.I took the claim form to each appointment the vet filled out the form and they faxed it immediately. I had response from Embrace within 24 hrs and claims reviewed within 48hrs and paid in a quick timely manner!!Great service and coverage!Thank goodness for the insurance and Abby is fine now!I am glad I purchased the insurance for them and that I went with Embrace!

My dogs are 11 and 12. I've used VIP a long time, but since they've got older I'm not pleased with VIP. My female had a urinary infection that just could not get ride of. The test and meds were a total of $1300. I thought this was pretty straight forward, I have the best plan I could buy. They denied the claim said they needed more information! It's a urinary tract infection! I also filed one awhile back on my other dog with same response . I lost a dog to cancer last year and it cost me over $30 plus postage to mail all my records and when he died, the compassion was non existent. VIP you have changed!! What Happened ? I used to be so happy with you.

ASPCA is a pet insurance company that really cares about your pet. I would recommend this company to anyone, anywhere and I do recommend it everytime I get the opportunity. They deserve all the donations they can get. They keep in touch with you and always care. I can't say enough about ASPCA. I do appreciate them so much and what they do for my pet and me.

absolutely wonderful
OUR 7 MONTH OLD LABRADOR was having trouble walking and was diagnosed with OCD (osteochondrosis dessicans). Our vet suggested surgery at the MS State veterinary school...which we may not have been able to consider due to the expense if we had not had Embrace insurance. She had the surgery 2 weeks ago. We filed the claim and it was paid within a few days. Amazing, because I file health insurance claims for a psychotherapist and they can take 90 days or more to pay!!!Thank you, Embrace, for our puppy being able to return to being a normal active puppy.

Outstanding Customer Care
We've had ASPCA for our 6 year old boxer Gracie for more than three years. It gave me peace of mind to have it. Unfortunately we've had to use it twice in the last few months. Once to remove a small growth on her ankle and the second time when she got bit by a rattle snake. Both times I was assisted navigating through the claims process and every person who provided that assistance was so caring, knowledgeable and professional, expressing sincere concern for Gracie's well being. I hope we never have to file another claim for Gracie but it gives me peace of mind knowing great coverage for her care is there in the event we need to. I would highly recommend ASPCA pet Insurance to anyone considering the investment. It is well worth it.

My 13 year old cat was diagnosed with nasal lymphoma. Trupanion has been stellar. Not only did they give us a pre-approval within two hours, they have paid every claim promptly and correctly and even called me to ask if I would like the payments deposited directly into my account. The payments are deposited with lightening speed. I also appreciate the courteous 24 hour phone customer service and non-existent to short hold times.

Great coverage and wonderful customer service.
Our 16 mo old newfie tore her cruciate ligament, requiring surgical repair. I submitted our claim & it was processed within hours. The follow-up care & customer service is outstanding. I researched pet policies & selected Healthy Paws because of the coverage. An unexpected surprise was the ease of submitting a claim, the wonderful staff & the lightening speed processing. Highly recommend.
