It is super easy to submit claims in the app and I have never had any problems with reimbursements. The best is that they cover holistic treatments. For those that use holistic vets, this is really a big deal.

Nationwide is no longer on our side.
My insurance was abruptly canceled for my 5 year old dog on 5/1/25. For five years, I never missed a payment. My dog never required expensive medications or surgeries. Nationwide was unable to provide me with a reason. They told me I had to reapply for insurance; my dog now has pre-existing conditions. Our re-application was rejected. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would advise against any policy with this company as they will screw you over any way they can. It is laughable that they sent me this email asking for a review.
