Darren provided excellent customer service—he was kind, professional, and approachable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me secure the right coverage. I truly appreciated his support! As for the policy itself, we’ve just obtained it, so I don’t have much feedback yet. However, I do want to share that I find it disappointing that Nationwide does not offer coverage for my senior fur babies, Sulli (11) and Petu (8), solely due to their age. That aspect feels unfair and is a one-star experience for me. :'(

Your online reporting of a claim is not very user friendly. It asked me to put in a diagnosis which I did and it keeps telling me that "no Diagnosis was included."

Would highly recommend Trupanion to any pet parent…
Trupanion helped me in a time of crisis for my dog. I did not have to negotiate the fees and they were more than willing to cover costs of recommended treatments. It was one less thing to have to deal with when your pet is in crisis. I will certainly continue with Trupanion going forward.

Trupanion is a total scam
They almost never approve any claim. You might as well throw the money down the drain. As per the agreement, there is a lifetime deductible for a health condition. Once the deductible is reached, we should never be charged again. But in practice, they always deny the claim.
