Easy claim submission
One of the advantages of having Trupanion is the ease in which you can submit claims as the need arises. I have been emailing my claims (at any time of the day) and Trupanion claims sends a confirmation and then lets me know when it was processed and what to expect in the mail. Faxing claims from work is also an easy way to submit claims. Either way, Trupanion claims is fast, easy and friendly by phone.

Vet sent in estimate and Trumanion was quick to respond with estimated reimbursement. Once bill was faxed to Trumanion I received notice that the payment was on the way. This occurred in less than 2 days.
