Excellent insurance, I shopped around and am completely happy. Your 90% payment comes right away and they keep informed along they way, if you forgot something they are in touch and help out to make sure you receive payment. The one time deductable per illness makes Trupanion the best!!

my dog suddenly came down with an illness and trupanion was quick to get in touch with me to get the ball rolling. My dog was diagnosed on the 16th and had her necessary appointment on the 22nd! pretty good time better then what i expected.

Smooth experience
A generally smooth experience from start to finish. Claim was easy to file and reimbursement arrived within 10 days. Only complaint is that I am only seeing about a 75% return on my total expenses after the deductible, 90% coverage, no refund on taxes or exam fees. It's frustrating to pay for good, expensive coverage... spend $2000 at the vet, but only get $1500 back.

Excellent Service
I had to take out Westie to the vet to have an embedded foxtail seed removed. ASPCA was there. The claim was easy to make and the reimbursement was fast. Wish our Health Insurance was as efficient! ASPCA is a great investment.

Very happy with service.
I was very happy with the results of our most recent claims. We ended up with two different veterinarians in less than 6 hours and we're a bit afraid we would be denied the second claim but it was going to the second vet that saved Gabe's life.

Fast and friendly company
Our mini Aussie is a little accident prone and dislocated his knee in February of 2011. Healthy Paws have been very fast, friendly, and patient with his claim, which included a major surgery on his knee. They are always helpful and kind if we call with questions, and process all of our follow up invoices very quickly so we can get our bills paid right away. Months later, our Aussie is still going through follow up visits, which include x-rays and pain medication, and Healthy Paws have been there to support us the entire time. I would recommend this company and their amazing team to anyone looking for a company that really cares!
