Thank Goodness for Pet Insurance!
My poor dog has been an itchy mess for years, and we have tried a number of things through my regular vet. The next step was to go to a dog allergist, and I just knew that would be a huge expense. But I finally called Embrace to see if possibly it might be a covered expense and to my eternal gratitude they assured me that it was, and would be covered at 80%. So my pooch is on her way to becoming a much less itchy dog thanks to Embrace! And the claim was handled in under a week, which was awesome!

Don't use Pets best use VPI insurance
After almost 3 years of paying $60/ month for insurance for my AKC Certified Rhodesian Ridgeback, which I was going to be breeding this year, Pest Best Insurance was a horrible choice. I would recommend VPI Insurance. My dog was going through a suto pregnancy or false pregnancy, and after 3 weeks the vet told us to bring her in, we us Torrey Pines Animal Hospital. The vet was so worried about the health of the dog because she thought that the uterus was infected and pretty much made us do an emergency surgery. Even though it was a spay, it was a mandatory for the health of the dog. After around a $700 dollar vet bill, Pets Best Insurance says they only pay $100 towards it because it is a "wellness" claim and not a medical. This was a medical claim we would be breeding the dog now if it wasn't. Don't use Pets Best Insurance they will find any way to use the fine print.

Lifesaver!
We've had Trupanion for years, and unfortunately have had to use it as it turns out that both of our beloved pups have chronic health issues. Trupanion has come through on every word of what they say, always easily covering a claim, (even large ones) with no hesitation and easy 1 step form. This coverage allows us to provide our dogs with the best care available and help them to be as healthy and as comfortable as they can be for as long as we have them. I don't like to think about what decisions we would have been forced to make without Trupanions coverage. I would never again own a pet without the piece of mind Trupanion has provided us with. I can honestly say both literally and figuratively that they are a lifesaver a couple of times over.

So responsive and true to their word!
Our 6-year old Golden Retriever is experiencing her first signs of arthritis. We had her X-rayed and received medicine for her for the next month. Have been dutifully paying our Embrace premiums for the last 6 years without having to use the insurance so we were so pleased to see it was as worthwhile as we had anticipated. Super quick claims process and really responsive in connecting with our vet's office and the pharmacy. Really appreciate!

Great Insurance
We have had our pug, Greta Garbo covered since she was six. She is now fourteen. We have been very happy with ASPCA insurance. The levels of coverage allow everyone to choose what is best for their pet. We chose level 3. Since Greta is getting older we are thankful for piece of mind knowing if anything serious happens we have help. We strongly recommend ASPCA insurance. Bob is the best.

Worst insurance ever.
Being that my bet recommended embrace to me, I actually thought it would be worth the $70+ a month to have my dog insured. But after months of filing claims and appeals, I can honestly say that nobody should use this company. Even after my vet contacted embrace for us to elaborate on my dogs condition because the claim forms are not nearly specific enough, we have yet to receive any reimbursement. I will be contacting my lawyer that is how displeased I am with embrace pet insurance. I feel like I've been robbed.

Trupanion has performed EXACTLY as promised in their policy...this has been my dog's 4th claim and we have never had any issues concerning coverage or payment. Considering the fact that my dog is only just turningSue 2 this month, protecting his health with insurance has probably been one of the smartest investments I've ever made. I LOVE TRUPANION!
