I have so far been satify with Trupanion, the only thing is I didn't realize, weather I miss read or not clearly stated,that the deductible was for each time you summit a plan.

Embrace _ amazing, caring,treats you like family!
I can't say enough good things about this company. They are timely and efficient. Embrace makes you feel like your pet is their most important client!! They answer your calls as if they were your friend- so caring! They even sent my dog, Maggie, a cute get well card! I highly recommend them for all your pet insurance needs.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Embrace. Having this insurance made it possible to have an MRI and other diagnostic treatments to find out what was wrong with Panda, our dog. I agree that the only thing wrong is the vet's office delays the paperwork.

Baby teeth removed
I have a Pomeranian and he had baby teeth that would not come out and were interfering with the adult teeth. They were pulled and now all is fine. The situation was resolved.

Friendly and efficent
I bought this pet insurance for my daughter, so that if anything happened to her best friend she wouldn't have to worry about a financial decision. Her dog is the love of her life as with most pet owners. As a mom of a daughter who has grown up to live on her own far from home, it gives me piece of mind that her faithful friend is by her side. When her baby got hit by a car she didn't need to worry about money ,she just needed to focus on the healing. Thank goodness for Embrace. Getting pet insurance from Embrace for her has been the best decision I could have made. When you took her frantic call after her dog got to the vet after the accident you gave her piece of mind and took some of her worry away. Thank you all so very much! I recommend you to everyone!!

Great Insurance
The premiums may be a little higher than other companies but in one surgery we just made up 18 months of premiums. It is so nice to need a major surgery and know it will be covered. They sent e-mails to check on one of my babies, they send birthday cards and to a person with no children other than fur kids, that is a big deal.

EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS
I do not have children with 2 legs. I have children with 4 legs. :) My dogs are my world. I spare nothing when it comes to them and their health. I HAVE NEVER seen a company like VPI/Nationwide. I wish human ins worked so generously and so easily. I have had two dogs need to utilize their pet ins. My 3 year old Rhodesian mix (rescue) suffered a torn ACL and the bill was close to 6,000.00 dollars. My cost was around 1500.00 and I was able to make payments through an interest free credit card. My 11 year od is experiencing an array of issues that have taken quite a bit of testing to determine the diagnosis. At this point it sounded like Cushings. My out of pocket cost for the ultra sound, blood work, diagnostic tests, 700.00. My cost, NOTHING! Fully covered. I can TRULY take care of my companions without the fear of not being able to afford it. This company is AMAZING. I was a customer of Pets Best and in the 5 years I had it, I believe they paid me 10.00 once. I will say, for the difference in money, Ive gone with the top plan they offer. Im not sure how much a difference this makes, but if you can afford it, I would say without question, DO THIS,......YOU WONT REGRET IT. ( if by chance you reside in the Phoenix area, Dr Stevens at Sun Burst Animal Hospital is also, THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN. Their prices are totally fair and he is EXCEPTIONAL. :) (JUST MY PLUG FOR SOMEONE VERY DESERVING)

Henry is my second pet. My first dog, Snowball, came to us around the age of three and I didn't even though pet insurance existed. She was a good dog and she lived a long life, but during her last five years she was very, very sick and had to see several different kind of specialist cardiologist and opthamologists. So, when Henry came along, I signed up with Truepanion. From the first, every representative I have ever spoken to has not only been knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with. Someone walk me through all the different possibilities available when signing up and choosing a plan. They were patient and answered questions repeatedly. What is really nice is during this process I was able to deal with the same representative rather than each time speak to someone new and explain all over again. Automatic bank deductions make payments easy and stress-free, online filing and great customer service make this a company one I am very happy to deal with. I recently filed a series of claims dating back almost one year which, due to problems at the vets office, were never properly filed with Truepanion. Once again, a friendly and knowledgeable representative (or two) was able to help me figure out what I needed to send in and basically clean up a huge paperwork mess. my claims were paid in a very timely manner – again, direct deposit into my bank account, stress free and easy! This is a fantastic plan and I am so grateful I have it. I highly recommend it and cannot say enough good things about the representatives, the various options available to pet owners and the comprehensive service and quality I have received since the day I signed up.
