Best money ever spent
My yellow Lab's been with Trupanion since he was 6-months, and needed assistance with spinal issues before age 2. My boy is now 10 and his coverage has paid 90% of meds, operations, accidents, and special treatments. My vet faxes in the form and I'm reimbursed quickly. Excellent insurance model + caring staff = happy customer!

Hi, I am Thelma, a 7 year old Cocker Spaniel. I am thankful my mommy and daddy got Embrace for me because I now have fresh breath, the antibiotic treatment prevented needing any extractions, and I am skin tag free. I look and smell FAB. I am a bit large and in charge, but Embrace assures me this is temporary and they are even helping with my diet. I have lost 3 pounds. Forms and reimbursement are simple and fast since North Penn Vet helps us with the process. And now, my brother Newman's review. Mom and dad got smarter over the years. Unfortunately, I a mix breed and 13 years old, too old for full coverage. But fortunately, mom and dad love me so much thay do not mind paying for whatever I need. Embrace Wellness helps, too. Although, Embrace was purchased too late for an old dog like me to have Embrace cover the recent cyst removal or my 2X daily insulin shots and eye drops, arthritis supplements, cataract surgery or lens implant; Embrace fully explained and we expected these things not to be covered by Embrace when we joined. Embrace did pay to clean and extract teeth on an old dog like me. Deciding to do both the cyst removal and teeth at the same time made the process so much easier. My parents would not put an old dog like me under anesthesia, just for a teeth cleaning, for fear it would be too risky. But the cyst had to come off so the Wellness part of Embrace made it easy to decide to do the teeth while the cyst was removed. Now my organs are protected from infection via tooth and gum disease. I am looking mighty fine without that cyst, my breath is great. I am glad I have a mommy and daddy who love me and got wiser with age so they got Embrace for Thelma while she was still so young.

Our dog ate a stick that became lodged in her esophagus. Fortunately there was no perforation. She required upper endoscopy to assess the damage and has recovered very well. Embrace Insurance reviewed my claims promptly and reimbursed me for the portion of expenses according to our policy. As a retired physician I could only wish that the multitude of insurance companies I dealt with for my own patients would have been as prompt and responsive as Embrace was for us. Simply put---Embrace did a great job!

My Boston Terrier got diagnosed w/ diabetes in May. Since I am only level 2 the insurance would only cover till August! I was worried about this, but I called & talked to Mindy. She gave me more plan options & great advise! I got a case of Petsuline & syringes & the insurance covered it all! It sounds lame (b/c of course you would do that), but I spent almost $750! W/o pet insurance, I would of paid that in full! Plus Mindy gave me the heads up that in August ASPCA wasn't going to cover it! If I never called & chatted to her I would b paying out of pocket! Thank u Mindy!

They love my pet family!!
We have a White/Brown spotted Boxer that needs some special care and all of our claims have been processed in a very quick time.....some of the procedures were expensive and Trupanion processed the claims within 2 weeks or less.....Bella has a liver issue that requires a special diet and medication. I had hesitated getting insurance for our new "puppy"...but I had a feeling that we needed to make sure we could afford anything that could occur with our special "Bella".....Boxers are sensitive dogs with some predictable health issues,so I encourage boxer owners to insure their new family member to give them the best life possible :o)

My dog was less than a year old. Went to the vet for puppy care. He is a cocker spaniel. He had two different skin diagnosis. One before insurance and one after. They denied the claim even after an appeal with the vet stating that they were different conditions. The female in claims stated they would never cover a skin issue or possibly ear issues because they are related. Wrong. Save ur money. 👎🏻

Best decision I've made for my chihuahua
Nearly 11 months after I joined Embrace, my chihuahua had emergency pyometra surgery with bills over $3000 from the emergency clinic, numerous blood tests, etc. Embrace covered 80% minus the deductible, which helped a lot. It i the best decision I've made for my chihuahua. The customer service is helpful and responsive. They reply email fast. I would definitely recommend Embrace to my friends.

Trupanion is outstanding and unparalleled.
My dog had TPO surgery for hip dysplasia when he was a year old. He is five now, and has had continuous problems, due to complications from the surgery. Plus, he still has hip dysplasia. Trupanion has always taken care of our boy, and is keeping him walking. They paid 90% of his surgeries and still pay 90% of his ongoing physical therapy and acupuncture. Everyone I've spoken with has been compassionate, caring, and extremely helpful. I send everyone to them and would never go anywhere else. They are the absolute best company for pet insurance. We love Trupanion! If you are looking to insure your pet, don't hesitate. Use Trupanion.
