Such a stress free experience
My eight month old English Bulldog got Cherry eye less than 2 months after having cherry surgery for his other eye. Poor little guy couldn't close his eye and was so uncomfortable. I called Embrace to let them know my vet was sending in a pre certification quote for the surgery and asked if there was anyway they could turn it around ASAP so Cromwell could get his surgery and start feeling better. Milena was so sweet and helpful and I received a response in ~12 hours. It really took the stress out of what is going to be a pricey surgery. As English Bulldogs are prone to a lot of health problems, I have submitted a lot of bills and have had a great experience every time. Thank you Embrace!

They have been above and beyond my expectations. My dog got diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis and had to be hospitalized for 4 days. We thought it was going to be a horrific experience financially. Trupanion made it so easy for us to get reimbursed.

In November 2012 we adopted two older AKC Golden Retrievers, 8 and 10 yrs. old who had lost their lifetime home. We felt honored that we got to keep both of them, and immediately started looking into a different Pet Ins. company. After several weeks of researching we chose Healthy Paws. They took these two older dogs on and even though we lost the male to cancer only 4 mos later our Bailey Girl, now 13 yrs old, is going strong and steady. Because we have Healthy Paws we know we can give her the best care and get issues resolved early before they become a serious problem. We get re-imburse in a timely and efficient time so that allows us to be able to keep up with her care as she is aging. Thanks to healthy paws we have been able to keep her in the best health possible and give her the best life possible in her later years. She has been the best friend I've ever had in our 60+ yrs of having dogs in our lives.

pre-authorization for knee surgery
I sent in a pre-authorization for my dog Snickers for her possible knee surgery. Once Embrace received the records from my Vet the claim was approved in less than 48 hours. I am very happy with the amount they will pay for this very expensive surgery. I will recommend Embrace to all of my pet owner friends.

Snicker kept popping out her knee
We took our dog, Snicker to the Vet because she kept popping out her knee. We then took her to a specialist for an estimate on the surgery to fix the problem. I submitted 3 claims to Embrace. After receiving the records from the Veterinarians, which took some prompting, the claims were processed in less than 48 hours. I have never had an insurance company process a claim so promptly.I am completely satisfied with the amounts they paid. I love Embrace and will refer them to all of my friends. This is an A+ company

3 claims - all great service
We have a 9 year old Labrador who suddenly became lame in her right hip. Upon doing blood work to determine if her kidneys could handle anti-inflammatory drugs, we discovered Stage 2 Kidney Disease. After a slight misunderstanding between our Vet and Embrace, we got the records sent and the claima were processed and paid in 24 hours! I am amazed at how fast they were processed> I have never dealt with any kind of insurance company that was that fast!. I am extremely happy with Embrace and highly recommend them to my friends.

Happy with coverage
I have been most impressed with the timely processing of claims for my dog, Sadie. Sadie is now 8 so I upped her coverage just because it gives me piece of mind to know that I will be able to secure the best care for her without being worried about costs!
