fantastic company and staff
I bought accident insurance just in case something were to happen to my dog. Unfortunately, Sadie tore her ACL and had to have surgery to fix it. Thankfully, ASPCA Pet Insurance came through for us and covered a large portion of her expenses. I am so grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone who has pets.

Several claims submitted to Embrace
MY young golden, CHERISH{1 year} started seizures and is on monthly meds for this condition. Embrace has paid for fees they are responsible for, minus of course the deductibles. That's what I agreed to, so I rate them a 10 !!

So Far, So Good
I insured my new 6 month old puppy with Embrace. I chose Embrace because of its overseas coverage due to an impending move. My pup is now 18 months and developed meningitis. Embrace has been easy to work with and true to their word. It's important to read the fine print in the policy and understand what YOUR responsibility is. It is also important to insure your pet from the earliest age possible, otherwise the pre-existing condition list could be high. But for my 6 month old rescue puppy, things have worked great so far. She's had an MRI and a spinal fluid tap, all of which have been covered. I'm the daughter of two veterinarians so I'm rather picky when it comes to medical care for my pets. Embrace has allowed me to treat and test my dog to the fullest extent possible without worrying about the financial impact on my family. This is my first experience with pet insurance, but so far I've been very happy.

ASPCA Pet Insurance has been GREAT!
We have had a great experience with ASPCA pet health insurance. They always process our claims promptly, and we have not had any trouble getting services reimbursed. They usually call after we submit a claim to ask how our pet is doing and to see if we have any questions. I always tell them that I wish my "human" health insurance company did things like this!! I highly recommend their plans. The only reason I am selecting 9 instead of 10 is that their maximum allowable rates for services are often slightly less than our vet charges, but this may just be the industry-wide standard. Overall, we are very happy with the plan. Best of luck with your decision!

Excellent Coverage
I purchased pet insurance within a few days of adopting Rocky from the SPCA and it has been invaluable to me. In addition to injuries such as a recent paw abrasion, in the past it has covered payment for the removal of a tumor on his eye lid and ongoing blood work monitoring and medication for his underactive thyroid. Claims are processed promptly and payments received in a very timely manner. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I have coverage in the event there would ever be a serious and costly issue that he would need treated. I would recommend this coverage to all pet owners.

Embrace is Wonderful!!
We have encouraged several friends to check with Embrace for pet insurance. We got our coverage when both of our kids had several years on them. We really didn't expect the older guy to need it. It was the younger one who had all the injuries when he was found. But they have both needed more medical attention than we thought was possible and Embrace has been there for us every single time!!! Even when there was a doubt about the coverage, Embrace went out of their way to try to get the necessary information from the vet before contacting us to tell us that they were stuck. Once they had the correct information, things were wrapped up. We love Embrace!!!

Terrible
The service was at best lousy. Their response time was non existent Was on a plan that would never satisfy the deductible. Yet it is the plan presented to me by them. If I hadn't called about a claim Embrace would be collecting my money still since they didn't show me any options you might want to ask. Don't get stuck with a deductible that your premiums will never meet.

Great for a clumsy, mischievous puppy
We've had lots of opportunity to use Embrace given our Airedale puppy has "had a lot of fun" in his first 11 months. Embrace has been with us all the way, whether it was claims for fixing a cut pad or doing diagnostics on a lame shoulder, Embrace is extremely easy to work with and our reimbursements come very (and I mean very) quickly! Their wellness plan is also great to have in the first year and beyond! I recommend them to anyone who owns a pet!
