Great Insurance!
Great insurance for my cat! So far my claims have been handled very quickly, and this company covers more than others. A little pricier than others but Embrace provides good coverage, and gets my reimbursement to me in a timely manner. Very satisfied so far...

Could not have done it without Healthy Paws
I have a very healthy three year old shepherd mix. Though I have had Healthy Paws insurance my pet's whole life, I have never had to use it until this year. My pet had a recurring infection and three vets recommended surgery. After having done many tests and trying various antibiotics (all of which healthy paws covered for me) I went for the very expensive, but not mandatory, surgery. One week later my claim has been processed, I have a check for almost the entire hospital stay bringing the cost down to hundreds rather than thousands out of my pocket. Healthy Paws answered all of my questions cheerfully and followed up to make sure my dog was recovering well. I am letting all of my pet parent friends know how worth the low monthly cost Healthy Paws' services are!

Fair, prompt and courteous
My American Bulldog has a neuromuscular disorder of her GI tract and has needed a number of treatments/procedures and ongoing medication. Healthy Paws has covered everything without question and processed our claims promptly (within 48 hours) and courteously. I'm so glad I chose this company for my pet insurance needs.

Easy Breazy and Covers Many!
I have had another Insurance for my Dogs and its was good but to be honest Embrace made it easy to switch. They have better coverage for LESS...HELLO Less money better product. The claim part was easy and about the same as the other company. I wound not hesitate to recommend this company!

Reasonable Coverage for a Resonable Price
Although discounts are usually make off of the charges I submit, being in NYC the charges are almost always higher than the Company's reasonable and customary charges; however, even with the discounts, the premiums are lower than most other plans, so I guess it balances out in the end. The biggest objection is the max one year following coverage in the prior year, and after than, there's no coverage for the same illenss (unless 18 mo. has gone by without any treatment. The folks are always pleasant.

Sigh of Relief
I have been nervous about getting pet insurance, especially narrowing down the choices that would be best for Cricket, our 5 yr old, 5 lb. Maltese. From the first phone call that I made to Embrace (where I got a human rather quickly), I was comfortable with the answers I received and their respectful responses to my questions. Our first wellness claim was paid 100%.There is no doubt that my husband and I (and Cricket) would recommend Embrace to others and to our vet!! Thank you and keep up the great work!
