Great Customer Service & Easy Claims
This insurance company has been great. After the initial paperwork, submitting claims is a breeze. They are speedy and keep me completely in the loop. I also love that the deductible is $500 a year not an accident.

Healthy Paws is the BEST!
My 2 1/2 year old Sheltie puppy has had two major surgeries. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and fast. It is also convenient to have a choice in how to submit an invoice (I find it quickest to submit via email). I also like how I can log into my account to print out a customized claim form. Healthy Paws re-reimbursement process is FAST!!!! I always receive a "claim processed" email within a few hours (sometimes as quick as 1 hour) after the time I send the claim via email. And the reimbursement check always arrives within just a few days. Healthy Paws is also a company that seems to really care about my pet as they always follow up with an email to inquire as to how my pet is doing after his surgeries. I did a lot of research before choosing a pet insurance company and I definitely chose the Best One! I highly recommend Health Paws to anyone looking to purchase Pet Insurance.

Embrace Pet Insurance gives me the peace of mind I need when it comes to my pet's health. I no longer have to weigh the option of money vs. care, all because I know that Embrace has my back and will assist me with paying for medical care that my pet may need. I recommand Trupanion because they are efficent and handle with care.

Thank you Healthy Paws!
I purchased Healthy Paws insurance immediately after getting my puppy, Madison. I was unsure if the expense of pet insurance would be worth it (i.e., I figured Madison would never need services that would justify the expense of the insurance premiums), but I felt it was better to be safe than sorry. Unfortunately, when Madison was 6 mos old, she had to have emergency surgery. Thankfully I had Healthy Paws and the decision to move forward and pay for the expensive surgery and hospital stay was an easy one. Shortly after Madison's surgery, I was reimbursed for her medical bills under the terms of Madison's coverage. Additionally, it should be noted that, on top of the coverage that was promised, the Team at Healthy Paws was compassionate and caring (i.e., wanted to know how Madison was doing) throughout the entire process. Getting pet insurance through Healthy Paws is my best pet decision to date. Madison is on her path to recovery and doing great, and she will continue to be insured by Healthy Paws.

Comforting
Our German Shepherd, Hunter, had a reaction to an antibiotic he was taking which became toxic in his system. This caused him to lose his ability to walk, eat and balance himself. This could have potentially caused serious neurological problems. We rushed him to the animal hospital where they immediately put him on an IV and constant observation. After 3 days at the hospital he was able to come home and has made a complete recovery. It was nice to know that because of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance the only worries we had were about the health of our dog and not the financial costs associated with his condition. The claims process is simple and the response time is quick. But most of all, their compassion and genuine concern for our dog meant more than any check they could write.
