Amanda H made my experience fabulous. As a disgruntled person calling about increased rates. She took time and patience to explain to me my policy and company changes at year end. Bravo. She should be head of the company. Intelligent and well versed on policy matters and lovely personality. I will recommend based on her assistance. Also Belinda helped me out when I called to do a survey and was disconnected. She was also amazing and helpful. Great teamwork. Thank you so much.

I have been with Healthy paws as an insurance provider for both my dogs for over 5 years now. They have addressed every claim, processed every document in time and have reached out to check in whenever things out of the ordinary have happened.
