Outstanding service and support
Out of the blue Nina was starting to loose weight, and one evening she did not follow me around the house when I came home. I called the vet the next morning and took her in, Nina never came back home. The staff/team at Embrace has helped in processing my claims in a timely manner and provided excellent service over the phone. I was truly thankful when I received the notice of the candle your staff light in memory of Nina and the card I received in the mail yesterday signed by some of the staff. Your team has provided comfort to my family during this time; and we a thankful.

Wonderful customer service
I have been with Trupanion now for just over two years. I have insurance for both my dog and my cat. The few times I've had to submit a claim the response time is fantastic and customer service is amazing

The Importance of Pet Insurance.
Trupanion has given me peace of mind in knowing that if my pets have an unexpected illness or an accident they will be covered. Even when there may be a conflict due to different veterinarians opinions I believe science will be the deciding factor in determining eligibility for medical claims. At present time I am challenging a decision that I believe to be unfair by Trupanion, but do expect after facts are presented the decision could be overturned. My dogs medical profile is very complicated. Unfortunately I have to submit many claims. Trupanion Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Great Service!
My pet required surgery for multiple epidermal masses within a short timeframe of one month, I was very pleased with the handling of my claim which was done in a timely matter. I have used the insurance several times in the past and I have always been completely satisfied with the claim service. I am so pleased to have such a great service for my pet. Thank you.

When the love of your life is ill, it's a blessing not to have to worry about treatment costs. Healthy Paws lived up to its reputation by covering the majority of expenses with our visit to the emergency room. And my Little Miss Maisy is back to her playful little self again. I am a surgeon dealing with the hassles and limitations of medical insurance. I can't imagine any company being more agreeable than this company. I simply sent the bills. I had no long explanations, I contacted a very nice agent on the phone and was told just to send the bills. I could not imagine it would be so easy. It was. Great and honest company who make the treatment of your pets as it should be. My other half is a vetinary surgeon and she agreed this company is exceptional. Alex

WOW!
In August we adopted a 4 year old dachshund - Oops (yep, that's her name). She had not been spayed as she had been a show dog in her previous life. We did our research and decided to get her enrolled with Embrace and this past January we brought her in for a routine spay - which turned out to be anything but routine. One week after the procedure she started to develop all kinds of scary symptoms (throwing up blood) and ended up having to have a 2nd emergency surgery that resulted in yet other scary symptoms. We were fortunate to have excellent medical care and slowly but surely, our little one began to recover (as did her parents). She is her feisty, funny self once again. We racked up some serious medical bills and weren't sure how Embrace would handle everything especially as we had only recently signed on to the policy. We were totally impressed. They did everything they said they would do and did so with such kindness and caring (they even sent a email checking in on Oops....not a form email but a personal email). Our only hope is that we won't have to use them again for a long, long time! This is an excellent company and we feel blessed on so many levels. Thank you Embrace!
