Pet insurance that works!
Trupanion did an awesome job. My kitty hurt herself and my regular DVM recommended that I see a specialist to clarify the Diagnosis. The pet insurance did everything that they say they do and all claims were processed within a week. That was on top of me calling at least three different times to ask questions. The customer service was excellent.

So Thankful for Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws once again saved us financially and allowed us to get the best treatment for our puppy. Lexie had a horrible case of hemmorhagic gastroenteritis and IBD. She had to be hospitalized for several days as well under go testing and exploratory surgery. The bill was close to $6k and hp sent our check for almost $5200 in less than a week. I was so thankful to be able to do what needed to be done to save my dogs life and get to the bottom of what was going on without having to go into serious debt. You hope you never have to use the insurance, but if something serious happens to your dog it is a life saver. I have used other pet insurance companies with some other dogs over the years but I decided to go with healthy paws when we got the puppy because of all the good reviews. I am so thankful I did. Healthy paws is so much better than their competition. They have no limits to payouts and the claims/reimbursement process is so simple and fast. They process your claim in usually 24 hours and you get the check within a week. Absolutely no hassles. I've actually had to appeal claims with the other pet insurance when they tried to get out of paying using their loopholes. There are no loop holes with healthy paws. You pick your deductible and payout percentage. Once your annual deductible is met they pay the percentage agreed upon minus the office visit, special food, and routine care costs (ex. Vacines). I make my living analyzing and marketing health insurance options for my clients. When choosing pet insurance years ago, I applied the same analytical approach to the insurance options available to me at that time which included cost, actual value of coverage and plan design as well as claim filing processes and customer service. Pets Best won hands down. We have tried other insurance as we have added dogs to our family over the years, but end up canceling them inevitably to put them on our pets best policy. PetsBest continues to be the best value insurance coverage for our pets. I am 6 year customer and among all my dogs have eslasily filed over 40 claims in that time; all without issue.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!
Sadly our Bullmastiff fell sick with Hermangiosarcoma recently and was close to death....This is not about the vets as I have already posted about them this is about Trupanion....What a wonderful experience we have had....gentle, caring, passionate and the best customer service experience I have ever had....they took the financial stress out of a terrible situation and literally gave our baby boy the chance to live.....he underwent major surgery and is now on chemo therapy.....all of which appears to be a success at this stage.....Trupanion have been nothing short of brilliant and the hospital also say the same ! The CEO even responded to me when I said a personal email to him thinking me for my custom and wishing Boscoe a speedy recovery....The CEO !!I have told as many people as I can about this company and I hope that everyone who has a beloved pet insures with Trupanion !

Great company with speedy payout
We have had Rocky's policy for a year now, and luckily we have not had to use anything other than the wellness benefit. Everything from his flea and tick medication, to his toe nail trim once a month....Embrace processes his claim and pays me within a week directly into my bank account. Couldn't be easier :)

Excellent Service
We had Teddy tested for allergies and found he is allergic to grass and weeds. He will have to take allergens for 3 to 5 years to cure him of his condition . We submitted Teddy's claim for the testing, which was $964.00 to Trupanion and had a cheque within 2 weeks for 90% of our claim. Plus Trupanion is paying for his ongoing meds. Trupanion notified us by email as to status of our claim. We could not be more satisfied with Trupanion service.
