Life Saver

Recently our small lab mix, Ollie, was diagnosed with tetanus. He was acting strange after daycare to the point where we felt we needed to take him to the emergency vet. He was panting and drooling, had glassy eyes, and was unable to relax his back legs or sit normally. Needless to say it was a shock that we had to decide in a few minutes whether or not we were going to medically board our dog for 2 weeks and provide full funding out of pocket to treat our dog appropriately. Fortunately for everyone we made the right decision to take Ollie to the vet when we did. We were told that had we waited until morning he may have been beyond recovery. We are proud to say that Ollie is back to his old self and minus a couple of scars is healthy again. The thought of having a family member in a life threatening situation is tough enough, but to have to weigh the options with medical bills in the back of your mind is exponentially more difficult. We love the ASPCA for so many reasons, but they have also been so great for us for insurance purposes. Within a few weeks we did receive reimbursement for a majority of a pretty hefty bill. Thank you very much to the ASPCA for helping us save our dog and loved one. You really were a life saver!

Painless (form me!) Experience!!

I couldn't be happier with EPI...They covered what I expected with no surprises! It took a little longer than expected to review the claim, but I was very happy with the final outcome! Some of the delay may have also been with my vet getting the info to EPI.Highly recommended!!!

The truth needs to be said , however the management likes or not my review is not fake ! The claims department is a hassle , is you want lose your money , being acused to have dual insurance , etc..etc.. a lot excuses no to pay your money . papers , papers , rude lady called Chelsea , she talks over you.I cancelled my policy , NO time for that. Enroll at your risk..just saying..

Could Not Ask for More

I could not be any happier with Embrace. Of all the things I do for Kazia, this the most important, so I am very grateful to have coverage by Embrace. The coverage is excellent, the price is very affordable for the services the company provides and the founder and staff are amazing. They are personable and professional. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. But most of all they care about the health and well being of my companion as if she is their only client.

Good customer service. Still an insurance company

Not happy with Trupanion. Been with then for over 5 years and have never needed them... Until now, my basset hound developed a skin allergy and he needs to be put on medication. We were initially denied the claim due to when he was 8 weeks old he had an ear infection. We appealed the claim with the vet submitting the appeal stating to them that they ear infection from 5 years ago has no correlation between the two. Trupanion came back with a denial once again stating that the claim is still denied due to an ear infection from 5 years ago. So beware that in the end they are just an insuarnce company and the last thing that they want is to spend money out of their own pocket. Even if you've been a loyal customer for years. I am happy that the previous reviews that their pets were helped. Also when phoning the company their people are kind and nice to deal with. But unfortunately you cannot speak to the people that review your appeal.

Top Customer Service

Embrace has been great in these scary times that we had with Booster. We wanted to provide the best possible treatment for him so he can enjoy his life despite the epilepsy. He is only 2 years old. Customer service representatives are competent, friendly and very easy to reach.

Excellent customer service at a fair price

I have been with ASPCA since we rescued our adult dog, Molly. I knew I wanted pet insurance and shopped around for a bit before deciding on ASPCA. We have illness and accident for our dog and it's $34.20 a month with a $500 deductible. Needless to say, we have met our deductible every year and end up getting repayment because we have insurance. Their website is really easy to navigate. They have an all electronic claims service, which makes it easy to get claims inputted and tracked at any time. They direct deposit your repayment and are an open book about what charges are applicable. Perhaps the best thing is their customer service. I have always talked with a live person, always been treated with respect and always had my problems solved. I feel like they care that I'm a policy carrier. Plus they called me today to check on Molly, since I had put in a claim for a vet stay due to illness a few weeks before. There was nothing wrong on their end, they were just calling to make sure Molly was feeling better. I recommend ASPCA pet insurance to everyone I meet with a pet. All pet owners should have their pet microchip with the correct information and covered with pet insurance. I will be with ASPCA for the long haul because I believe in what they stand for and feel like they believe in me as a customer.
