Our Best Friend is a Money Pit
We were very lucky to have received an objective and thorough evaluation of the available pet insurance companies, as soon as we got our English Bulldog. We used other companies in the past but NONE have been as detailed, comprehensive and compassionate as EMBRACE. They evaluate each claim fairly and provide a complete, understandable, explanation in each case. This particular claim was a bit involved but was covered and paid, VERY quickly.

Stay away from this one
In 2012 my dog had surgeries for Chyle in the chest cavity and two lung lobes were removed - I purchased pet insurance. Now Trupanion is denying all medical claims that involve a "cough" saying that it is a preexisting condition. This includes a staff infection, allergies to three different dust mites and possible laryngeal paralysis. Additional information has been provided to appeal the denial to not avail. I am looking for a different insurance for my second dog who has NO preexisting conditions. My advice - Please look somewhere else for pet coverage.

Recommend to everyone
I recommend pet insurance to all my friends and family but I will only specify ASPCA Pet Insurance. They have been wonderful from the first call of just getting information about insurance to the follow up after Dexter has been to the vet. The human touch is lacking in so many businesses these days it is nice to see it here. No matter what I will always have ASPCA Pet insurance for my pets.

Great insurance company to be with!
My pomeranian was recently diagnosed with chronic/acute kidney failure. Medical costs were sky high in the thousands, and I'm really glad to have my dog insured by Healthy Paws! The claims process was also easy and straightforward. Having a sick dog is hard, and Healthy Paws make it possible to worry less about the medical bills and give my dog the best treatment possible.

Trupanion is the best!
I researched many pet insurance companies when I got my dog as a puppy. I actually changed to Trupanion after I review the small print of another company. From day one Trupanion has been very clear with their coverage. I particularly liked that they don't raise your rates as your dog gets older. What ever you sign up with, is what you will continue to pay. I filed my first claim for a biopsy on my little buddy and they were able to reimburse me 90 percent within a couple of weeks. Fantastic. It's nice to know that someone has your back when things can get stressful.

I would recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent. They handle the claim almost overnight and always pays for the claim. My dog had to do an emergency endoscopy due to a bone stuck in her esophagus and I didn't have to worried about the cost to save my dog.

Best investment into the well being of your furry friends!
My most valuable asset are my pets, and when a friend told me about Healthy Paws when we rescued our first dog 4 years ago it was clear that I wanted health insurance for my pit bull girl Josie.
