Very quick paying the claim & very reliable.
It has been very difficult dealing with my dog being ill but Trupanion has helped tremendously with medical costs etc. They are always a pleasure to deal with on the phone & quick to help with any questions & concerns. I'm very thankful that my bet introduced me to Trupanion. I now feel secure knowing all 3 of my dogs have a great insurance plan. Thank you!!!

Extremely Helpful Staff
I've simply had the best experience with the folks who work at embrace. I'm new to the whole pet insurance thing, and their system and website is so streamlined, simple, and clear. I wanted to make sure my dog was covered, but the last thing I wanted was one more hassle to deal with. Embrace is the opposite of that. And whenever I've had one of my many questions about how things work and how to navigate the system, I've spoken directly with a very helpful, friendly person. They also answer emails almost immediately.

I have had Embrace for almost two years now since we got our little puppy Sofia. Honestly at first I was a little antagonistic about getting pet insurance for a puppy. Recently our little Sofia had 6 bladder stones and the surgery was pretty expensive. Thanks to Embrace I recovered about 50% of my cost and Sofia is fine now.

Great service and easy caim process
In the past 2 years I had 4-5 claims for my 3 dogs. The claim process was very easy. All I need to do is download the form and fill up the basic information about my dog then E-mail the application with receipts. Couple weeks later I received the reimbursed. I also received a phone call from ASPCA to make sure they are Okay. I am happy I choiced the ASPCA pet health insurance for my dogs .

Pets Best is amazing
My black Lab had a fractured tooth. Although I did not sign up for dental coverage, part of the claim was still covered. I've had Pets Best for 5 1/2 years and they are a life saver to help me afford to cover large bills when needed.
