Don't buy insurance from Embrace
I took my dog to the vet almost 5 weeks ago. His medical records were sent to Embrace soon after. It has been 4 weeks since they sent me an email saying they received his medical records and were processing my claim. I have had Pet Plan in the past and experienced much better service and processing time. I would not recommend Embrace.

Great Service, High Quality Company!
I have been with Embrace for about 6 years and am completely satisfied with their excellent service. I have 2 dogs and have had some high bills for each. Embrace either pays 80 or 90% (depending on what type of insurance you've selected)of all the bills promptly. I love that I can go to any vet of my choosing. I have had no problems with Embrace, only high quality service. I will be continuing with Embrace for as long as I own dogs. I like that you can customize your plan, that's a nice feature. Feels good to have peace of mind with a great insurance company.

Professional service, great reimbursement

Trupanion really cares
Trupanion helped me through my late dogs aggressive cancer. They made the claims process easy, eased my mind by pre approving me before any procedures were done. They had fast claims process and were there to answer my questions 24/7. One associate even told me about her experience with a dog with cancer, and if called just to check in how my dog was doing. I'll be a customer for life!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the BEST!
Healthy Paws allowed me to make a life or death situation about my dog an easy one. Without their services I truly hate to think what the outcome could have been. My dog got into an entire bottle of ibuprofen while I wasn't home and had to be rushed to the Emergency Vet for immediate care. When the vet told me our dog could be saved but the cost would be in the thousands, I didn't hesitate to agree as I knew that Healthy Paws would cover 80% of the cost per our plan. Luckily our dog pulled through and is totally fine and the cost of his care was far more manageable than what it could have been. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who has pets as they are easy to use, prompt, and reliable. Thank you Healthy Paws!

so glad we insured with Embrace
our dog tore her ACL 1 week after the orthopedic coverage kicked in. We thought for sure they would give us a hard time. After they reviewed the claim and saw our Rottie never had trouble with her back leg we received our check within 2 weeks. It made it a happy holiday at our house since we did not have the 2,000 to cover her surgery. Thanks Embrace. You made it a Merry Christmas
