Healthy Paws gives great, easy care
We bought pet insurance even though we thought our dog would likely never need it. Fast forward to 3 socks and some complications later, and we're grateful we did. But more than that, we're grateful we chose Healthy Paws. Healthy Paws is what we wish human insurance were: easy,compassionate and above what you'd expect when you need it. They have a very easy to use mobile app to set up and adjust preferences. When we've had a claim, we simply take a photo of the bill and submit. 2 days later we have a fully processed claim and a check for 90% reimbursement in our mail. It's so easy! I've been telling friends and no one can believe how great the system is. On top of that we have a dedicated specialist, Tim, who checks in on us. It's been incredible to be fully and efficiently supported through a hard time. We'd highly recommend Healthy Paws to friends and family who want and easy and stress-free way to deal with pets in trying times. Moreover we greatly appreciate the support, care and love Healthy Paws has given with or unexpected troubles.

Absolutely Amazing!
My cat recently fell off our 2nd story balcony resulting in a diaphragmatic hernia. We ended up with several bills- vets, surgeries, and 3 more follow up visits relating to the injury. Healthy Paws made submitting each claim as easy as could possibly be. My vet sent them his medical records via email after the first vet visit. After that, all I had to do was take a picture of each invoice as soon as I paid it, through the Healthy Paws App on my iPhone. So it was literally two clicks to submit the claim. I was kept posted of my claim status throughout the short period of time while my claim was under review. And then paid the generous 90% reimbursement that I am insured for under my plan- the checks just arrived in the mail within the 5-7 business days time frame they indicated. I was able to deposit the checks before my credit card payment from the previous month with all the medical bills on it fell due. Amazing, seamless, and I am very thankful to have been insure by Healthy Paws. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
