Excellent.
Our little Boxer had a life-threatening bout with IMT after her spay. Thankfully, she survived, but her bills were in excess of $4K. Trupanion processed each claim within one week of submission and our reimbursement checks arrived just as fast. This is one of the best investments we've ever made! We love our pets and are so pleased to have a reasonably priced tool that helps us take care of them responsibly and completely. I only wish our human health insurance worked so well!

We are grateful to Embrace Pet Insurance
We researched many blogs and found Embrace with the best reviews by pet owners. While we maintained our dog's good health, we hoped to never make a claim. Now, in her older years, we are grateful to Embrace for reviewing her claims promptly, keeping us informed through a great website and customer service and reimbursing promptly. They provide caring voices and contact physician directly in order to expedite. We have never had a conflict and it seems to be very well run! We have recommended Embrace to many many pet owners.

Always professional
As my dog ages I have had more communication with Embrace than the other years we've been insured with them. Every time I have the staff has been more than excellent. The biggest problem is not the Embrace staff, but the vet's office to mail the claim form in!

Very happy with Healthy Paws!
We have insured our dog, Joey, through Healthy Paws for over 4 years. Always outstanding service! Just needed expensive surgery to repair torn ACL and Healthy Paws once again processed everything quickly, and also followed up to find out how Joey was recovering.

Excellent Pet Insurance
Our 2-year-old boxer Billie developed severe idiopathic thrombocytopenia perpura, and autoimmune disease where the body destroys its own blood platelets. She has been hospitalized three times so far, requiring blood transfusions and expensive medications, with medical bills totaling over $13,000. Healthy Paws Insurance has covered everything they said they would: 80% of all medically necessary costs--excluding vet exam fees-- after the deductible. The online claim process is easy and convenient, and they process claims quickly and send a check within weeks. Customer service is great; they respond quickly to emails, and their phone reps are courteous and very helpful. Because they have no annual or per-incident cap, we have peace of mind, as Billie requires ongoing medication and care. They have been a lifesaver for our beloved pet. We recommend it highly. I only wish our human health insurance was this good....

Trupanian best pet money ever spent.
I insured my dog, Lu, with Trupanion five years ago when he was five, based on a recommendation from our vet, Waterhouse Animal Hospital in Fresno. Last month a mass was discovered. Within a month, surgery was performed, stitches heeled, and amazingly, the $3,000 bill was processed and he claim paid. No hassles at all. Trupanion communicates quickly with both the vet and the insured. Little things like the communication style of the emails make you feel like you're dealing with a member of the vet team, as opposed to an adversary. Trupanion has paid for itself and I highly recommend them for peace of mind and performance when you and your pet most need it.
