Painless Insurance - Highly Recommend!
I chose Embrace because of the reviews I read and I have not been disappointed. I submitted my claim, received an email when it was received, received an email when the check was mailed with an explanation of the payment, received the check, received a follow-up email to make sure that I received the check. I am very pleased with Embrace Insurance. I hope I won't need to submit a future claim, but if I do I know it will be processed quickly and efficiently.

Healthy Paws - Excellent Choice
My husband thought I was crazy purchasing insurance for our new puppy. A few weeks ago at 11 months she starting having diarrhea, vomiting and wouldn't eat. We rushed her in to the vet and they took an x ray and thought they saw a blockage. They immediately did exploratory surgery on her. As I had never purchased pet insurance before I was skeptical now that I had to use it there would be some catch. I submitted the invoice the day after the surgery and was EXTREMELY pleased to find out the plan covered exactly what they said they would, plus the check was to us within 2 weeks. My husband now thinks I am not so crazy after all! And I am glad we don't have to make hard choices for our dog because of money. I did a lot of research in companies before going to Healthy Paws and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to give the very best care to their pets.

Healthy Paws is a class act in Insurance!
I was unsure if I should get pet insurance, but not having had a dog before, something told me I should. My maltese puppy experienced a bladder stone that did not resolve with diet changes. He underwent an ultrasound and surgery. Within days of submitting the claim we got back our reimbursement. I can honestly say I was already very impressed. But then we got a follow up card and that was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this insurance for anyone with a pet and I could only wish human insurance was this easy!!

Healthy Paws Rocks!
I recently enrolled five pets into Healthy Paws. I was impressed from the start with the customer service and the price structure. Last month one of my dogs needed surgery. I prepared myself for a long painful claim process, but that was not the case with Healthy Paws. The claim process was so easy, the response and the payment was immediate. I also received follow up emails asking how my pet was doing. I was so impressed with the personal attention we received. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Helped with cost coverage.
This was the first claim I've made through Trupanion and it did help with the cost of coverage considering the amount of testing, hospitalization, and care our cat needed. The costs can really add up as symptoms were sudden and non-specific to her condition.My only complaint is that one of their representatives left a message on our voicemail and her accent was so strong I had difficulty understanding her message. I called back and left a message for her to call me to clarify her message and she never did.

Pets Best exceeded my expectations!
The service we received from Pets Best was so good I am at a loss for adequate words to describe it. Five years ago my son died in an accident and I was lost and broken; that's when a 1 pound ball of fluff came into my life and saved me. I named him Murphy and he means the world to us. He is a black and white Shih-Tzu mix and we love him so much! When he got sick and was in the hospital his prognosis was bleak. I visited him 2 times a day and every time I was there I encountered people in tears over their pets. The ones that ripped my heart out were the ones that were making the choice to put their pet down because they did not have the money to pay for their medical needs. One family came in after their Lab was hit by a car. The 2 kids were pleading with their dad to save their dog but he said he couldn't afford to have the surgery done. They had to have the dog put down. As I sat there witnessing these sad scenes I was so relieved that I had made the choice to have pet insurance on Murphy. I didn't have to worry about making that horrible choice. He received wonderful care at West Vet and came home to us July 24th. On July 29th I submitted the claim and on Aug 8th I received a check from Pets Best! Amazing, a company that actually does what it says it will do!!!

So Thankful I Have Healthy Paws!!!
My poor baby Boston Terrier has had a rough first 8 months of life. She fractured her tibia at 10 weeks which ended in surgery and 2 pins. She developed horrible allergies to almost everything at 4 months requiring immunotherapy shots for the next year. And recently she needed knee surgery to fix a patella luxation (floating knee cap) issue. Healthy paws has covered it all, without them I would be close to $10k in debt that I don't have. The claims are so easy and hassle free, and the checks are sent quickly. Thanks to Healthy Paws my Gizmo gets the best care when she needs it!!!
