TruPanion never disappoints!
TruPanion is the most reasonable insurance company I've ever dealt with. First of all, the customer service reps are FRIENDLY and KIND. Unlike auto insurance or health insurance cs reps who can be downright rude. TruPanion is fast and organized! They get your claim and immediately keep you updated on the claims process via email. I don't have to spend hours on the phone trying get through telepromts to find out the status of my claim! The underwriting is done so well because I've never been declined. They lost the conditions and situations very clearly and when they pay up, they pay a large percentage of your vet bill (almost all of it, depending). The best experience I had was when my 11 year old Maltese went into cardiac arrest and I called to see if they would cover my emergency procedures. TruPanion PRE-APPROVED me for $5,000 even though the estimated bill at the time was half of that. They were extremely kind and compassionate during this difficult time.

Healthy Paws is a Caring Company
Our Enzo was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and was not eating. We felt very secure in getting him the best care we could and Healthy Paws stood behind us and supported Enzo's care. A great pet insurance!
Yet another great experience with Pets Best! I brought my pet to the vet the last week of April, got reimbursed in 7 business days. What can I say? Proven and tested, Pets Best is the best insurance to cover my pet's needs, especially that she is now a senior. My nephew is getting a dog come August, and I will definitely recommend Pets Best to him.

disappointed in VPI since it became Nationwide
My sheltie was attacked by a pitbull and had 3 surgeries. The bill was over $5,000. VPI only paid $1,295!!! Really??
