Excellent, comprehensive, and compassionate care

They not only cover what you need - they do it hassle-free and check up on your critter after an illness. Could not ask for more, and I gotta thank Consumer Reports (who rated 'em #1) for steering me their way. I've recommended them to a thousand different pet-parents and some were concerned that their notoriously-unhealthy breeds (e.g., English Bulldogs, Cavaliers) would be ineligible; HealthyPaws assured me that, incredibly, they do not discriminate based on breed :-)Lovely company and lovely customer service. Reimbursements are very prompt and app is very user-friendly.

Healthy Paws was the best choice for my Kata!

With the rising cost of vet bills and knowing I wouldn’t think twice about going bankrupt to help my dog, I thought it was a good idea to look into pet insurance. After a thorough search of reviews and services, we decided on Healthy Paws. Two years later, we couldn’t be any happier with our decision. We had two incidents since joining. The first our dog got a little too excited and jumped through a glass door. Then she had a minor skin defect surgery. However both ended up costing over a thousand in vet bills. In both cases, Healthy paws covered exactly what I signed up for, no questions asked. Simply a follow up email to see how our Kata was doing after surgery. Filing a claim is fast and easy. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with a pet they care about and worry about the financial means if they get ill or hurt.

So grateful!

Our dog Oz had a bout of bad luck back in November 2015. Our vet and the surgical specialist worked with us and the team at Embrace to make sure everything was in order and that the right forms were filed. The Embrace team has great customer service and communicates via email with any changes or updates in claim status in real time. I have been recommending them to anyone we see on our walks.

Every pet owner should use Healthy Paws

I have two boxers and Healthy Paws has been the best insurance experience of my life. I went through three other pet insurance companies prior to finding Healthy Paws. The difference was their process to submit a claim was incredibly easy, quick and simple. Their turnaround time is incredible. Additionally, nobody holds a candle to either their customer service or their website. They get my highest rating in every category, and I'm not one to give perfect scores. If you have a pet and don't use them for insurance, you're doing yourself (and your pet) a disservice.

I'm grateful for the help

My buddy Ren, is a 3 1/2 year old tan tabby rescue. He's been my best buddy for the past 2 years. Three days before Christmas the urine balls in the hatbox shrank to 1/2 normal size and then stopped. Poor guy was in discomfort. I took him to the vet, and we began a repeating ritual ofIIV fluids/meds, Catheterizations and trips between our vet and the Emergency Vet hospital for overnight ICU care. By Christmas it was cleat that Ren would have to have a perineal urethrostomy or be euthanized. I lost my last cat to urinary problems when she was only 10, and I couldn't bring myself to do it again. I didn't remember that I had pet health insurance until after the surgery was done and Ren was back at home. Ben's bills were very expensive. I was glad that the insurance paid for about 2/3 of the bills.

Healthy Paws is best company for pet insurance!

We have an English Bulldog that has only had minor issue until we noticed a growth on his ear recently. We monitored for 3-4 weeks with no change and growth actually grew bigger over time. We took our dog to vet and was determined that we needed to remove growth and biopsy tissue. Luckily tissue was malignant and ear is healing great!

I have comlete faith in Embrace.

Beau wasn't even two years old when his world was turned upside down. After multiple trips to his regular vet, then on to see a specialist and a 5 day stay in the hospital, Embrace has been there all the way. At first I thought he had Lyme disease due to his limping and painful joints. After seeing his regular vet, Beau tested negative for Lyme, but was running a temperature of 104. Blood work and urine testing was completely normal, but I knew something was terribly wrong. Soon he wasn't eating, wouldn't stand or walk, whimpered every time I picked him, losing weight fast. More trips to the vet, then on to a specialist and then a hospitalization. Embrace even rushed previous claims through their system and deposited my refund directly into my checking account so I had money to pay the hospital. Beau was diagnosed with immune mediated erosive polyarthropathy, something he will have the rest of his life. It is a chronic disease and what set his immune system off isn't known. Embrace has been a life saver and I know they will be there to help Beau deal with his disease. My policy even pays for Beau's acupuncture for pain control and special diet. I don't know what I would have done without Embrace. They have paid out thousands of dollars to help me help Beau in these past 9 months. Everyone at Embrace is so helpful and polite, and I am thankful I purchased this pet insurance along with the wellness package. I have got back more than what I have paid for this insurance.
