We couldn't have done it without Embrace!
Our Bernese MT. Dog had a bulging disc that caused her lots of pain and it took us many visits to different specialists and and MRI to finally figure out what was happening with our poor pup. As you can imagine, the cost of Vet specialists, and MRI and back surgery...were not cheap. My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with Embrace's quick response to our claim forms and not giving us a hard time about what they would and wouldn't cover. I would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner...it gives you a peace of mind to know they have your back.

BEST EVER!
My baby had surgery and it was very expensive. The check was at my house within a week of his surgery. The process is so incredibly easy. They even sent me an email to ask how Titan was feeling. You will NOT be sorry with Healthy Paws. Unbelievable customer service! Amazing!!!!

Wasted money: denial based on symptoms
So, if your pet has had ANY symptoms similar to the symptoms for which they receive treatment in your claim for the previous 18 months of policy start-up your claim will be denied and non-covered. Note that I am saying SYMPTOMS not DIAGNOSIS. Because my pet had a cough 1X in previous year my claims were denied. Total waste of money for the insurance.

Best Pet Insurance!
After doing a lot of research I decided to go with Healthy Paw Pet Insurance for my two dogs. It seemed like they had very few exclusions, great reviews, and the premiums were reasonable. For the first couple of years I didn't have any major health issues for either of my dogs so while I didn't have any complaints, I also didn't have any reason to write a good review. Recently one of my dogs was diagnosed with Leukemia so now this insurance has become invaluable. My dog has started Chemotherapy so we are having weekly visits to the oncologist. It is amazing to me how simple the submission process is (especially considering I'm not very tech savvy), and how quickly they approve the claims. It means the world to me that I am able to focus all my attention on my dog and not having to stress about how much all of his treatments are going to cost. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering pet insurance for their pet.
