Embrace has been great in these scary times that we had with Booster. We wanted to provide the best possible treatment for him so he can enjoy his life despite the epilepsy. He is only 2 years old. Customer service representatives are competent, friendly and very easy to reach.

Excellent customer service at a fair price
I have been with ASPCA since we rescued our adult dog, Molly. I knew I wanted pet insurance and shopped around for a bit before deciding on ASPCA. We have illness and accident for our dog and it's $34.20 a month with a $500 deductible. Needless to say, we have met our deductible every year and end up getting repayment because we have insurance. Their website is really easy to navigate. They have an all electronic claims service, which makes it easy to get claims inputted and tracked at any time. They direct deposit your repayment and are an open book about what charges are applicable. Perhaps the best thing is their customer service. I have always talked with a live person, always been treated with respect and always had my problems solved. I feel like they care that I'm a policy carrier. Plus they called me today to check on Molly, since I had put in a claim for a vet stay due to illness a few weeks before. There was nothing wrong on their end, they were just calling to make sure Molly was feeling better. I recommend ASPCA pet insurance to everyone I meet with a pet. All pet owners should have their pet microchip with the correct information and covered with pet insurance. I will be with ASPCA for the long haul because I believe in what they stand for and feel like they believe in me as a customer.

Much-needed assistance toward good health again.
My mini-Poodle hates to go out when it is raining, rare as it rains here, so she holds on until she is constipated. Recently she carried that too far, and we had to take her to the vet because of her nausea and discomfort. It took lots of meds and procedures to get her back to normal after a fairly long siege of her lethargy, pain, not eating or drinking. ASPCA Insurance helped us greatly in restoring her to good health.

Awesome pet insurance company
I researched several different pet insurance companies when I got my new kitten, Thyme, about a month and a half ago. I combed through reviews and compared prices and benefits before deciding on Healthy Paws. They had great reviews and coverage compared to other companies, and from the reviews they seemed to really care about the pets. A few weeks later I got a new couch and Thyme found out he could jump to the mantle from the back of the couch. I had made a note to figure out a different arrangement in the living room to keep him from getting up there, but hadn't gotten around to doing it. The day after we got the couch Thyme went to jump down from the mantle, and got caught in the cords from the blinds that are next to the fireplace. I immediately knew he must have broken something because he was meowing in pain. When I took him to the vet I found out he had broken his front leg just below the shoulder joint and had to have a $3000 surgery to correct it. They said that without the surgery the leg would eventually have to be amputated. My vet referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, and they were able to do the surgery that day. I filed the claim for his initial visit that day(it was a Saturday), and filed the claim for the surgery itself the following Monday night after I brought him home. Both claims were approved by Tuesday afternoon, and I received the reimbursement checks by the following Saturday(a week after I submitted the first claim). I was amazed not only by the speed with which my claims were processed, but also with their concern for Thyme. I was very touched to receive an email from Healthy Paws checking on Thyme after his surgery. I have never heard of an insurance company checking up on a patient's well being after a claim. All of my future pets will be insured through them, as well, and I have been letting my friends and family know what a great company they are. To Healthy Paws: Thank you so much! I don't know what I would have done without you.

Excellent Insurance Company
Embrace is ace!!! Everything is made easy to follow after submitting a claim as they have a portal site. They are very efficient and professional. My claim checks were received promptly and there are explanations for those approved and those not which are far and few between. My other dog is covered by VPI insurance and I wish I could switch my dog to Embrace. I tell every pet owner to get this insurance.

I would like to say thank you to the Staff members especially Ann, Brent, Milena & Sammi. Everyone went above & beyond to help process my claims after my dog Allie (Airedale Terrier) became so sick I had to let her go. (It's been a month today.) The Embrace Staff was caring, courteous, and extremely helpful going through this loss. I appreciated the card and the candle they lit at I REMEMBER YOU. Healthy Paws is outstanding!!!
Maverick, our 10 month old yellow Labrador retriever, broke his tibia when jumping up to get a toy! Because it was a Sunday, we had to rush him to the emergency hospital where they stabilized his leg until our vet could operate the following day. A pin and three wires were inserted. Maverick then had to return to the hospital for another night of care. Healthy Paws handled our claim with the utmost speed and professionalism. They are WONDERFUL!!Even though we have always owned dogs, the is the first time we have purchased insurance. After careful research, we chose Healthy Paws, and are we glad we did!!! 😍 We tell everyone, including complete strangers, about the company and the care they exhibit!! We have received numerous e-mails inquiring about Maverick's surgery and recovery. Customer service is top notch!! I can't imagine anyone choosing another pet insurance when Healthy Paws is the best! There's a reason they are ranked number 1!!!! You never think a terrible accident could happen to such a young puppy, but it certainly can and does!! More than Pleased
I did extensive research before choosing Embrace. Time well spent. I had hoped to never have a need for a claim. But my playful young Rottie decided to totally shred the Cranial Cruciate Ligament in her right rear leg. So wonderful how easy and fast my claim was handled. Communication was stellar, the surgeon had not attached his invoice with the claim originally. It was easily and quickly rectified due to the speedy, great system and clear communication from Embrace. I have not had to worry about the credit card getting paid as the claim payments were received around the timing her stitches were removed.
