LOVE VPI

VPI has truly saved us! We have an english bulldog and VPI has proved invaluable to us. I have recommended to anyone I know getting a puppy. Customer Service is great and respond quickly.

Embrace is the Best

I am so glad I'm a member of the Embrace Pet Insurance family!!! We purchased it when our Bullmastiff was a puppy and we are so glad we did. We also purchased the well visit part and the insurance has really been a blessing for us. Fergie has had small problems like all new puppies and bigger problems now that she is almost grown (she has allergies). Embrace is right on top of things and when I send in a claim form it is handled quickly and they always let me know they received it-and after they process they follow to make sure it was handled properly. I would highly recommend them. They are terrific!!! And having insurance on your pet is a must!!!!! You never know what can happen!!!Thank you Embrace!!! We are happy customers who know what a good insurance company is!!!!!! We would encourage all pet owners to purchase Embrace-to Protect your Pet!!

An Extraordinary Partner in My Pet's Health

When was the last time your personal insurance wrote to ask how you were doing after surgery? Exactly. Except, Healthy Paws did just that after Toby's ACL surgery (Toby is a bouncy 5 yr old Shih Tzu-Parson Russell mix). While almost everything about Toby's post surgery care has seemed complicated, the Healthy Paws online claims process was quick and easy - something like 3 or 4 clicks and done. And, I had the reimbursement information back in 48 hours. Equally important, after the business was completed, I received a note from the company asking how Toby was doing after his surgery and sending him well wishes. My insurance company has never done that. I'm so glad Healthy Paws is my partner in Toby's healthcare!

Caring and fast, The very best of the best.

Gucci, our 9 year old orange tabby had progressively gotten thinner and more anxious over the past year. He was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and needed expensive therapy to save his life. I was so thankful that I had Healthy Paws insurance. They processed all my claims as soon as I turned them in and had a check in the mail right after. I was amazed at how quick they were. People insurance should take lessons from them! I even received a personal email asking how my cat was doing. Hands down the best insurance company.

Couldn't have been handled better!

As a breeder I have always recommended health insurance to all our puppy buyers. Now I specifically tell them to choose Healthy Paws. You have been professional, timely and helpful. I appreciated the follow up email asking how my dog was healing as well.

Very happy

We have had Healthy Paws insurance for our 2 dogs for a few years.One of my dogs got into anaphylactic shock because of food allergies which we were not aware of and we had to take her to the ER. She had to stay at ER hospital for 2 days which cost us almost 2700 dollars. We did not hesitate to take her there because we knew that Healthy Paws would pay us back. Filing a claim has never been that easy with the new system they have. We downloaded the mobile app and just needed to take photos of the invoices. The next day after we sent the photos, our claim was completed. We are very happy with Healthy Paws Insurance and I already recommended them to my friends who have pets.

OVERALL GREAT PET INS

Since rescuing my kitten at 8 weeks she has been in and out of the vet with granuloma / dermatitis skin condition and other things kittens go through there 1-2,years. Embrace has been great with handling/processing claims. I had to file so many claims in less than 2 yrs and never had a problem. I always get an email on the status of the claim and if I ever had a question of any sorts I always get through to a speak to a representative. I believe the coverage is great in comparison to other companies and the monthly fee for the insurance is very reasonable for my lovable Tallulah. I intend to stay w/ Embrace

What great people!

I've had ASPCA insurance on our 3 dogs for a long time. When one of them has a problem it sure helps me choose the best thing for them not just the cheapest treatment. Also, when I've called, the customer service staff is amazing! They call to check on our pet, not our payment! Actually have concern for our furry family. Who does that? Has your insurance company ever called to check on your welfare? Doubt it. I recommend them to friends all the time.

Life Saver

Embrace Pet Insurance is a life saver, we invested about $550 into the medical/wellness for our puppy and so far in 4 months Embrace has paid out as much as we invested. I'm certain that we will exceed the return on our investment over the full year. I will be re-purchasing when our policy expires. Our pup has constant ear infections, we adopted her 5 months ago and she's had at least 6 ear infections since. Without this policy, between that and her spaying, we would never have been able to get her the quality healthcare that she needed. She's also being tested for allergies to see if there's something we can do to prevent further problems. I rated the company at a 9 because the processing time for claims can be quite lengthy, especially when additional information is needed and the vet's office says that never received the request (who knows where the ball was dropped) resulting in ever longer processing times. If I were notified then I could proactively get the information from the vet, fax/e-mail it to Embrace, and get the ball rolling sooner. Claim amount is for overall use year to date, same for type of claim and I averaged the time to handle claim.

Money well spent.

My golden retriever unexpectedly started urinating blood, took him to the vet and ultra sound was performed. A large tumor was located on his right kidney. He had surgery the next day removing the kidney. I submitted the claim to Embrace and within days had a check in the mail. He is not out of the woods yet, he starts chemo this week. It is difficult going through this as we think of them as our kids, but Embrace lessens the pain by always being compassionate and on the spot with paying the claim(s).It may cost a little up front but well worth it when needed.
