The Best!
I am so thankful that we decided to sign up with Healthy Paws years ago when our Golden Retriever was young! He has been an accident and illness prone dog, and we have never once had to worry about saying yes to a treatment because of money. We knew that we were covered by Healthy Paws and would have our reimbursement quickly. On top of that, we have always received excellent customer service and a follow up email asking how our pup was doing after his treatments. They truly understand that our pets are our families. I consider the monthly payment a small fee (and it really is reasonable) to know we have peace of mind when it comes to our furry baby. Thank you, Healthy Paws!

Excellent Coverage - Top Rate Company
Healthy Paws may be newer to the industry, but so far I am very impressed with this company. Their coverage is straight forward and easy to understand - No complicated coverage schedules or limits. Also, they don't have any claim limits for the life of the policy, which is a huge plus and a differentiator to much of the competition. Claim wise, it would be impossible to be better. I had a large claim within the first month, and once I submitted my puppy's veterinary records the claim process happened fast and furious. My claim was reviewed, settled, and paid within 24 hours. I seriously couldn't believe the level of service. Healthy Paws also has a cool iPhone app where you can submit claims as soon as you leave the vet. Very cool. My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have EFT for claim reimbursement directly to your checking or PayPal account. Having to wait for and handle a paper check is a bit dated, and is something to keep in mind if you used a credit card to pay the vet bill (Healthy Paws reimburses you directly after you've made payment arrangements with your chosen vet). So far, this is an excellent company that I highly recommend. If you are looking at pet insurance, look no further and buy the peace of mind you get with a Healthy Paws policy.

I have had VPI Pet Insurance for at least 14 years. I have never had an issue with submitting or payment of a claim and have and will continue to recommend this insurance for other pet owners.

Worth the Money
I purchased pet insurance when my dogs were about 2 years old. I chose the Critical Care option just in case I ever had a major issue, accident, or disease with either of my dogs. I am now 10+ years down the road and Trupanion is helping me have piece of mind as I walk through a Cancer diagnosis and treatments with my youngest lab. All the years of people making fun of me for paying for Pet Insurance of all things has given me a huge return on investment, not only by the financial coverage of each chemo treament and radiation therapy, but taking the financial aspect out of the emotional decision making process you have to walk through when you find yourself in a sitauiton like this. I appreciate Trupanion and the fatc that they have state side call centers and people who are willign to walk me through any questions or concerns I have about a claim. Best money I could ever spend!

Very Satisfied!
We have always had St. Bernards and at the present time, we have two. The thing they all had in common is they are Saints and they are insured with VPI. Our first St. had to have two knee surgeries and both went very well both for our Saint and how VPI handled the claim. Tobi our female we have now was hit by a snowmobile when she was 7 months old, breaking her back right leg badly. The surgery could only be handled by a specialist (if she ever would have any hope of it growing properly or being able to walk on it). After all was said and done the vet bills were about $6,000, VPI paid just over $4,000 of her claim. They were a life saver. Our girl is perfect now and has not trouble with her leg! A few months ago both our female and male (JJ & Tobi) got into something that made them very sick and our vet thinks they had mold poisoning. Again, their vet bills were significant, but VPI came through and paid a significant portion of the bills and in a timely manner. Pet owners, it is a no brainer, get your pet insured. It gives you a great sense of comfort knowing that if something happens you will be able to get them the care they need. We will never not have this insurance.

Great coverage and excellent customer service
Embrace's coverage is excellent and everyone that I have always emailed with or called has been so friendly, helpful, professional and finds your information really fast! Not having to worry about the insurance claims for my dog and knowing they are being handled efficiently during this difficult time not only helps financially but brings peace of mind and one less thing to worry about. The turn around from when the vet or cardiologist submitted the claim to when I received my claim payment was really fast. I received email updates to check on the status change of my claims. There were a few times I had to call Embrace during work, and I was more than appreciative that the people I spoke with both really efficient and very courteous. I am very thankful and more than grateful for everything that Embrace has done for me and my dog.

Trupanion reviewed his records and processed the claim quickly. Reimbursement checks arrived about 10 days after they were approved. Additional treatment claims are being approved as they occur, though beware that no exam fees are covered, even for follow-up visits.
