Takes far too long
This company takes far too long in refunding a claim. And they have the nerve at certain times to year to excuse themselves by saying its "a high volume time" for processing. I pay these people 80 bucks a month for basic illness coverage and 20 days to get a re-imbursement is complete bullshit. Manulife, which is one of the worst human providers of all time, can have my claim back to me inside of week. These people have no excuse.

Love this company!
I have had Trupanion coverage since my dog was 8 weeks old. Her first year was a busy claim year, but she has had relatively few claims during the succeeding 5 1/2 years. With every claim, however, including one that I had questions on, the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and respectful. If I questioned 'why?' on something, they checked into it and gave me an answer. I have tried to make sure I know what is covered and what is not and I have my policy in my pet's file so I can reference it, if needed. I just filed another little claim late last month and I have already received the coverage check. I have NEVER had a problem that couldn't be reasonably resolved. I have recommended this company to many, many people over the past years and I will continue to do so. I only wish I had been wise enough to get Trupanion coverage for my other dogs in the past.

Great Company Helped us through a tough time.
We took our baby girl to the vet without a bit of worry about how to pay. We could concentrate on getting our baby girl better. Unfortunately she is now in doggie heaven. Pets Best made it so much easier by promptly paying the bill and canceling the policy with a refund. I will be back when we can recover enough foe a new dog. Thank you Pets Best.

ASPCA Insurance Is Absolutely Invaluable
I have been thrilled with ASPCA Insurance. My otherwise healthy pup had a series of issues that came up all at once. Without ASPCA Insurance, it could have been a huge problem for me. But they made it easy to submit my claims, were relatively quick, and even called afterward to check up on him! I love that they went above and beyond to see how my family--in particularly the furry one--was doing. I highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Excellent Customer Care
The customer service at Figo is top notch! They go above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience for both the pet parent and the pet. Using the pet cloud is a breeze and submitting a claim is so simple and user friendly. To top things off, they even send get well cards to your pet and follow up with an email and phone call. I'd recommend to Figo to anyone!

Read The Fine Print
Surprised by all the 5-Star reviews. After hearing rave reviews of FIGO, I purchased a policy for a puppy we rescued and was informed waiting periods would be waved for enrolling via their partnership with the shelter we adopted from. Sadly, they did not honor their commitment to waive any of the waiting periods. Would not recommend FIGO to anyone.

So thankful I went with Trupanion
I was told what was covered and what was not covered before signing up for this insurance. Everything Trupanion said it would cover was covered for my dog's knee surgery. Also, the reimbursement funds were in my bank account 6 days after the claim was submitted. The paperwork is 1 page and easy to complete and the vet's offices sends it in with their documentation. Very easy, quick turn around and SO WORTH IT! OH, I also spoke with Trupanion reps, on a Sunday, after my dog's surgery....seriously, live person, on the weekend!!!
