Would choose another company
I stayed with the same company but chose an annual deductible policy instead of per incident and my dog had TPLO surgeries on the prior policy. I took him in for exam and xrays because if what I thought was knee problem and they denied stating pre existing. Now I cant change because he has hypothyroidism and no other comoany will pay. Typical insurance, do whatever they can to not pay

Who Knew?
When I first decided to give Ruby (my cat) a forever home Health Insurance was not even in the picture. Now after some Thyroid and general health issues I'm thankful I have it. ASPCA has reimbursed my claims promptly and satisfactorily. When dealing with ASPCA associates on the phone they have all been quite friendly and respectful. Also they always inquire about both of my cats with genuine interest and concern. I am happy with my choice of companies.

Makes bills one less thing to worry about!
Thank you Healthy Paws!!!! Our 1 yr old pup was suffering from some sort of tummy pain (later determined as HGE).. Was not eating well for a couple of days, before starting to throw up blood... We had to rush her into emergency as our regular vet had a power outage. The bill estimate came out to me more than $1.5k. If I did not have HP, I would have struggled to make the payment. We had our dog in emergency care for a day and medication the past week and she has recovered great! I used the Healthy Paws app to submit the claims (super easy!), and within 2 days, all claims were completed. Other than helping me give my pup the best care required, they also sent me a follow up email to ensure she was doing good. This is what customer service should be all about. Very happy with Embrace
Nicky has some health problems; one in particular we are still trying to clear up. Embrace has been very fair and helps to take away the pressure of my ill dog who is like my third child. Costs are high and they help to pay for these expenses. I would highly recommend Embrace for anyone's pet health insurance.

Easiest insurance process I've ever been through
I signed up for Healthy Paws 2 years ago at a friend's recommendation. He had been through a claims process and said it was easy. I needed insurance so I thought, why not? Boy am I glad I did! Recently we had to use our insurance for my dog's broken tooth. The claim was processed within a few days. As it was the first claim, it required his medical records but his dr's office faxed it directly with no issues. I'm expecting a check any day in the mail. Pain free and seamless. Healthy Paws even emailed to check in on my dog! I am highly impressed.
