Spot makes vet bills a breeze
Spot is so easy to use and get reimbursed fast when I have to take my German Shepard to the vet. I really like that I can file a claim via the app and I truly feel like I've joined a family of pet parents that care about their furry friend's wellbeing.

Great Customer Service
We got Spot for our flat coat Albus and we have been lucky enough that he hasn’t needed to use his accident coverage. We got the preventative package too and just got reimbursed for one of his wellness visits. Customer service has been great and submitting our claim was a breeze! We love Spot 🐶

Great Customer Service

Trupanion has been a godsend
I'm so grateful that I can care for Wally while he has cancer without having to do that horrible math of 'can I afford to do this?' Claims are processed really quickly and I appreciate that there's no cap on care. I will be sure to use Trupanion with other animals I adopt in the future. Thank you!

Trupanion (and Lynne) are a pleasure to deal with.
Trupanion (and Lynne) are a pleasure to deal with. Competent, informative, compassionate, and super responsive. And Trupanion always comes through paying what they promise to pay in an unbelievably quick follow through. I wish I could have them as my own medical insurer!!

quick and easy process and reply. Very disappointed that the policy is structured that exam fees are not covered and the balance is written off under the deductible. Thank goodness my dog is healthy and we have had minimal claims, but what good is the insurance if when needed it isn't applicable

I have always had good experiences with Trupanion.
I have always had good experiences with Trupanion. Customer service is always warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the lifetime deductible by condition. The benefits far outweigh the premiums. Claims are reviewed and paid quickly.
