OMGOSH! I love this company! Everyone is always so kind and very helpful on the phone ! I just added my second dog to Trupanion and now I have a peace of mind with her as well. Trupanion is fast with Vet Direct Payments,efficent, caring, educational,and has saved me thousands in vet bills. My fur babies are blessed to be with Trupanion as well as my self. Thank you!

Pets Plus Us
My 8 year old Corgi mix needed ACL surgery. Pets Plus Us was very quick in approving, and paying for, all preliminary exams, x-rays, blood work, etc. I sent them an estimate prior to the surgery. the surgery was on a Saturday and the insurance money was in my account before the end of the week. You can't ask for better service than that,

I have had this company, Fetch, since day one. Of course, it was a different name 11 years ago, but they are the same players. At the start, it was pretty cheap at 100 percent coverage, no deductible, but honestly, as the years went on, they went from full coverage to a total of 5000 per year at 70% with a 500 deductible...and of course, the premium was lots more. Getting a claim was a nightmare by the time of all the deductibles. I had a check for 17.34 cents, which I kept as a souvenir of my stupidity. Even if I saved $100.00 monthly for 132 months, I would have $13,200.00 in self-insurance. My total return on all vet bills was around $537.00 from the insurance company. Don't do it if you have discipline opening a separate account you use only for your pet. Thanks for reading

Unbelievable
Unbelievable, just setting up the account is a nightmare, I can't wait to see what happens when we need to file a claim! Caught in an endless loop of 'register your account,' then the screen saying the account's already registered (it isn't), then asking for the user name I had supposedly set-up--and getting an email saying my email (where they're sending me everything else) isn't registered to an account, so I should register--and it all happens again! Need a PERSON to contact me. Hope this experience gets better soon.

Submission of Claim for my dog Sydney
I have been using Pets Best Insurance for my dog since I rescued her at age 3 in 2020. I have submitted claims for bloodwork, surgeries, dentistry, etc for 5 years now with no issues. The ease of submitting claims and payment payouts are quick, explained thoroughly and I am completely satisfied with my pet’s insurance policy and coverage.

They are worth every penny of premium and it’s because of them that I don’t hesitate to take my pets to the vet because I know they will support me as much as possible.
