Terrific!!!
My Standard Poodle was found to have a Sub-Arachnoid Cyst in his Spinal Cord near the neck area. Not only did Trupanion pay for the MRI, subsequent Neurologic Surgery, but also my preceding bills that dealt with the same issue that I saw my local vet for, while looking for answers to symptoms which included imbalance, walking on the backs of his feet and inability to navigate stairs and stand upright while feeding. I don't have a final tally, but excluding my deductible I'm approximating $6,700 in medical bills have been paid promptly and with great customer relations!

Saved our Angel
We are so thankful for trupanion having this insurance saved the life of Angel who at 12 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumor it paid 90% of all the radiation therapy we needed which was over 7k! Thank you trupanion she is doing well know with no seziures for more than month,

Great Customer Service
I'm really glad that I went with Embrace for my pet's health insurance. The prices are reasonable and any time I have a question and I e-mail the Customer Service they have always responded in a day of my e-mail. I also like that I'm able to check on claims on line and if I have any questions I get a response very quickly.

I will recommend Trupanion to all pet owners I know. We have a golden retriever who has sustained two different "sports injuries" as she has aged and they helped alleviate much of our financial pain! We are able to fully focus on her well being without being overly concerned with the cost of her care.

So very pleased
This is our first adventure into pet insurance. I must say, I think I've chosen the best. The service has been timely and professional. They have been caring and thoughtful, even following up afterwards to check on our Rosco's progress. I would recommend Healthy Paws (and have done so) to anyone looking for pet insurance. This review regards signing up and speaking with Judy P. The sign up could not have been easier. I sent Muncie's health records instantly, paid for a year, added his picture and read the policy information from the cloud. I have already recommended this company to fellow dog owners (I literally signed up yesterday) because it was so easy and self explanatory and the price was fair for great insurance. I researched several pet insurance companies that "google" linked. Not nearly as good, even the ones with a bunch of reviews. Judy (phone customer service) was great, smart and to the point. She answered my questions regarding the tag I'll be receiving with Muncie's code number. This benefit is good because if Muncie runs away :( and someone finds him, they can use the code number and text me without giving private information...name, address and phone #. There are many benefits to using the cloud, storing all his information, reminders, folders where I can store any info about him. Plus, there are maps to dog parks in case we travel with him. It is easy to file a claim (hope never) but if I have to the process is so easy. I will get the word out in my community as I am connected to a "neighborhood" website that shares everything.
