Amazing experience
I have had a truly wonderful experience with Petsecure so far! My kitten had to go to the emergency vet because he had swallowed part of his toy and they were very helpful - processed my claim quickly and with no hassle. Whenever I have called in to speak to anyone on the phone they have always been super helpful and showed a genuine interest in my cat. Would definitely recommend them!!

My westie is 7 years old. I haven't (thankfully) used the insurance much because she's been in overall good health. However, she recently developed a sinus infection and needed various tests, prednisone and antibiotic. My policy covered as stated. I had a $100 deductible and 80% of everything else was reimbursed. The website is easy to navigate making it possibe to either file a claim online or print out a claim form. Reimbursement was fairly quick

Our 16mo old pup had surgey for angular limb deformity and Pets Best has covered so much more than we had expeted, including physical therapy! Very happy we chose this company!

Great service
I have Embrace insurance on all three of my pets, 2 cats and a dog. My cat, Sunshine, stopped eating and eliminating. After x rays and ultrasound, blood work and urine analysis, she turned out not to have any tumors or obstructions, but a very stubborn bladder infection. Not only did Embrace pay the 80% promised for her diagnostics, but gave me a Healthy Pet discount so that my deductable was only $50 instead of $200. Each year my cat is healthy and doesn't need a claim reduces my deductible by $50. I think it is a nice way to reward pet owners.

Have been a customer for 7years and the service has been great. Form is easy for Vet and myself to fill and submit. Claim is process very quickly. Customer service amazing when ever I call. Meatball has been very health since birth until now which he was diagnosed with congested heart failure. Submitted claim and processes with no problem. Reimbursed via direct deposit. So worth the insurance, no regrets in having it. I will highly recommend to anyone.

World Class Service!
I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! Recently, my 7lb yorkiepoo, Reese, required leg surgery on both of her back legs. As you can imagine, this was a very difficult time. Reese is like a child to me so something this serious and expensive was quite the stressor. Working with Healthy Paws through this whole thing has truly been a pleasure. Anytime I had any questions about billing, policies, etc. they were quick to help- sometimes getting an e-mail response within the hour! These individuals are kind, caring, and compassionate. They truly do care about the well-being of your pet. They have gone out of their way to send me e-mails just to check up on Reese and see how she is doing- you just don't see that kind of customer service anymore and it just tugs at my heartstrings. When Reese had surgery, I submitted her bill the very same day and it was approved just THREE DAYS later! A few short days after that, I received my check for reimbursement in the mail. I'm proud to say that Reese and I will be lifelong customers!

Happy Customer!
I had not had to submit a claim before, and had often wondered if the insurance was worth having. I was concerned that the claim process would be painful (like it is for human healthcare insurance. Well, it was straightforward and simple. I am so glad I have the insurance, and that I have it with Trupanion. My dog had a tumor (not cancer) on her liver. The surgery and associated costs came to a lot of money. Trupanion paid out what I expected. Believe it or not, a check was cut approximately 4 days after the claim was submitted. Easy and straightforward. Going forward, I will also have insurance for my dogs, and it will be through Trupanion.

As a owner who feels that her best friends deserve the best care possible this insurance has made that task so much easier. It has provided a valuable offset to the expenses of caring for our furry friends. I would highly recommend this insurance specially to those of us who have older friends. We LOVE Embrace pet insurance!
We have boxers and every time I have had to use Embrace, I have been extremely happy with their service. One of my boys had to have double TPLO surgery at the age of 3. We took him to Gainesvilles teaching hospital. The cost was well over $4000.00. With in a week of paying the bill..Embrace reimbursed us 80% of the bill...directly deposited into our account. We are so blessed to have this awesome coverage for our fur babies.
