Healthy Paws Saved Our Dog's Life
We signed up with Healthy Paws when our dog was a puppy and 5 years later (last summer) he needed major TPLO knee surgery on his right knee. Health Paws paid for almost the entire surgery/meds. More than human health insurance would pay! They were so easy to work with, reviewing the estimate and approving the payments very quickly. This year our dog needed the same surgery on his other leg and the process was just as easy. Both times Healthy Paws staff checked-in to see how recovery was going. They are very thoughtful and truly care. Recovery for this surgery takes 3-6 months and it's been very stressful seeing our pup in pain. Knowing we have the best pet insurance coverage has taken a lot of stress out of the process.

Quick and Easy
The process was quick and easy. I gave my claim forms to my vet who completed the forms and faxed them to Embrace. I received email notification from Embrace that the forms were submitted. After that it only took a week for them to review and accept my claims. Another week later I had my checks in hand!

Invaluable! Amazing company!
My 3 year old pup can not catch a break! Two accidental knee injuries resulting in VERY EXPENSIVE surgeries, two bouts of pancreatitis (caused by post operative medications- we think) resulting in overnight hospitalizations and chronic allergic skin rashes. My poor pup hasn't had an easy run, but Embrace has been there convering her wellness claims AND ALL accident/illness claims! They have been prompt with payments, easy to contact and compassionate about my baby's wellbeing. I am grateful. I recommend Embrace to every pet owner!

Healthy Paws insurance provides the ability for a pet owner to concentrate on their pet's medical situation without stress relating to the vet bills. We were able to review our insurance prior to a our pet's surgery with a Healthy Paws staff person....she was so knowledgeable, pleasant and an excellent representative. Claims are easy to submit, and quickly responded to by Healthy Paws. We would never go without Healthy Paws and always recommend to our friends.

18 yrs VPI insured - great insurance
I had a Yorkie for 19.5 years and Maltese for 18.5 years both insured with VPI since puppies to passing away. In that many years there's were obviously medical issues. VPI almost always came through with reasonable reimbursements. I even had to use the double benefit cancer rider which paid more than 75% of treatment. Great insurance company.

You Won't Find a Better Pet Insurance Company
Five years ago, I spent a great deal of time investigating pet health care insurance companies. Today, I am glad I did. Without a doubt, Healthy Paws is the best investment I have made for my pet family. Their coverage is the best and most inclusive. They reimburse claims quickly and more importantly, their customer service is the best. My Frenchie had major surgery a little over a week ago. I submitted the bill to Healthy Paws on a Friday, I had my reimbursement check within 6 days. I wish I had health care coverage as good as Healthy Paws provides Winston. They have taken one worry away from me...and that means more than you can know.

100% lives up to everything they promised and more
When we first adopted our puppy, I heavily researched pet insurance companies to ensure I would have the most coverage for my pet, with no exclusions written in the fine print, so that if I ever had to submit a claim, there wouldn't be any surprises. I have to say, we have honestly had a wonderful experience with your the entire Healthy Paws team. They truly have made the claim process incredibly easy for us, especially during such an emotional time in dealing with her accident (you can submit the medical records through the app, they send email alerts to let us know where in the process the claim is, and they let me know we are getting a reimbursement check for the right amount within 5 days of submitting the claim!!! Obviously this can vary but, Inwas shocked that they emailed us and notified us through the app that everything has been taken care of so quickly). I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to anyone who is in the market. They have been a true blessing, and their customer service exceeds the highest rating I can give. I've been left with a feeling that they not only care about their customers, but they all genuinely care about our pup's well being, and I simply cannot thank them enough. Truly stellar customer service, their policy covers everything they claim it does, and they are quick to process everything. While our dog is recovering well, it added an extra level comfort knowing we were in great hands with Healthy Paws as well.

Excellent Insurance for our dogs
We have had several claims that have all been paid promptly.Our Vet does not mind the simple form to complete. Other companies only pay what they feel is reasonable & customary Embrace pays based on the actual bill after our yearly deductible of $200 which is what we choose. I researched a lot of companies before going with Embrace we have a 9 yr & a 12 yr old and not only did Embrace offer the best coverage but was also the best price.

Compassionate and fast processing claims!
Healthy Paws continues to astound me in their speed of processing claims. A couple years ago our dog Mickey had a severe and life threatening reaction to rattle snake vaccine - Healthy Paws processed his emergency claims within a couple days and we had our reimbursement within a week. This past week another of our dogs, little Frodo, had an emergency splenectomy, and his claim was processed in 1 day. Unfortunately, Frodo has been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. With Healthy Paws in our corner, the one thing I need not fear is being able to say YES to any treatment our vet recommends. They are remarkably compassionate when I call and always follow up to check how our babies are doing.
