I am a huge fan of ASPCA insurance, they have been monumental in helping us afford treatment for our beloved Little Ma.
I decided to get pet insurance about 10 years ago and over the years I have used it rarely. I debated back and forth about canceling my policy many times but I am extremely grateful that I didn't cancel. Little Mama, our shih tzu was recently diagnosed with lymphoma of the small intestine. Thankfully the cost of treatment wasn't a factor in deciding what was in her best interests because we have ASPCA insurance, what a life saver! I am happy to report that Little Mama is in remission and is as spunky as ever. ASPCA has been extremely helpful through this process and reimbursed our claims very quickly. If we did not have ASPCA insurance, Little Mama may not be with us now! I recommend ASPCA to everyone and anyone that I meet!

They take the stress out of healthcare!
Our 18mo old Newfoundland pup had a TPLO surgery to repair a torn cruciate ligament in her knee. Big dog = big bill. Thankfully, we found Healthy Paws. We spent the time researching the pet insurance out there & Healthy Paws was by far THE BEST when it came to cost & coverage. They not only covered our pup's pre-op care & surgery but also her rehab, meds & other long-term supplemental treatments. They was very little that wasn't covered & it was reasonable & fair. Healthy Paws' customer service is off the charts. You are treated with kindness & courtesy. It feels as if they are providing care for their own pups. That makes such a difference. They are very responsive to e-mail or calls. The claims process is simple & quick. Just upload the invoice & have your vet fax medical records. That's it! Claims are processed immediately, along with e-mail verification & status updates. Reimbursement is received within a couple weeks. I found a couple invoices that needed a minor correction on reimbursement & this was handled immediately. Highly recommend this insurance. We'll be staying with Healthy Paws for all our future needs.

Awesome Customer Service
Purchasing pet insurance from Embrace has been one of the best decisions I've made. Our lab has allergies which require monthly shots and oral medications - all of which have been covered. Combine that with the cost of surgeries to remove skin lesions and swallowed foreign objects I'm not sure that we could've done it without Embrace. The coverage, customer service, and expediency processing claims have won us over - never again will we own a pet without insurance!

Peace of mind with Embrace Pet Insurance
My philosophy with insurances is to be covered in case of catastrophes, which I hoped would never occur. Unfortunately, my beloved and very healthy 8 years old Bernese Mountain Dog suffered cluster seizures that required emergency hospitalization, a neurologist exam and an expensive MRI. Our family experienced intense emotions and stress levels and the expensive bills just added to the stress. Dealing with Embrace was amazingly smooth and straightforward. The claims were reviewed and approved quickly. We received all the needed support for our peace of mind and enable us to make the right decision in a dire situation. For that I am grateful to Embrace.

Pet's Best really is the best!
I cannot begin to say how grateful I am that we have Pet's Best Insurance! We had never had pet insurance before and even though we had always had many pets over the years the vet bills had never been excessive--until my last beloved dog, a Boxer, developed cancer. The vet bills for that were absolutely horrendous--and it was all out of pocket : ( Around the same time my last dog was sick my former neighbors three beloved dogs all got sick (different conditions) at the same time. He did not have pet health insurance either and he ended up losing his home because of the staggeringly huge vet bills. He could not pay his mortgage and all the vet bills too and he choose to try to save his beloved dogs. Sadly his dogs all ended up dying anyway. After my former neighbor got back on his feet and was in a position to have pets again he told me that this time he would get pet insurance. When we got our current dog, a Boxer/Afghan Hound mix, I too was worried about the possibility of unforeseen vet expenses because of what had happened with my last one and what had happened to our former neighbor so I called him to ask what insurance he had gotten for his new dogs and he told me that he had researched and compared all the companies very carefully and that he had gotten Pets Best because it really was the very best one. So we bought a Pets Best policy for our current dog. Since he was young and healthy and we took such excellent care of him the policy was more for our own peace of mind. We didn't think we would ever have to use it for many years to come. Were we ever wrong! Not long after buying the policy our dog started developing all sorts of different health conditions--countless tumors/lumps/growths with all sorts of different causes which have required countless biopsy's and surgeries, countless different infections with countless rounds of antibiotics and antifungals, an intestinal obstruction from swallowing a foreign object, uveitis which required medications, allergies and immune problems, glaucoma which requires ongoing eye medications, pancreatic enzyme deficiency which now requires ongoing enzyme supplementation, and that is only a partial list--there have been so many things that have gone wrong with him that I cannot even remember them all. And often as soon as he got out of his e-collar following recovery from one surgery he would have new tumors/lumps/growths and back in for another surgery he would have to go. Our family has ha

All my interactions with the staff at ASPCA Pet Health have been positive, even when one of my dogs passed away. The staff was very sympathetic and did all they could to make this sad experience better. i've never had a problem with claims, and I feel the premiums are fair.

Our two dogs ate grapes and we discovered it too late to induce vomiting. The veterinary bills came to almost $3000. ASPCA Insurance paid two thirds of the vet bills. The process for submission of the claims was easy and efficient.
