Great service and easy to use web site.
I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for almost one year. The web site is easy to use to submit claim, check on the status, review my policy, and more. The communication is great, I get an email confirmation when I submit a claim or there is a change in the status.

Wonderful, empathic customer service
I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Embracers at this insurance company. In the midst of our medical emergency, when I didn't know how to make decisions, several agents just listened while I thought about different medical choices I could make. In the recovery period, the Embracers were quick to find a billing error and correct it. Every phone call involved friendly, patient, present, caring voices on the other end.

Grateful for Trupanion
I am very happy that I chose Trupanion when I adopted my Cocker Spaniel. Thankfully I have not had many claims to file but with his recent surgery I was amazed at the speed which Trupanion responded positively to my claim.

My dog developed thyroid cancer. I have had over 7k in vet bills and trupanion took care of 90%. Highly recommended!! Will use them always!

Wonderful company with caring staff.
Our dog had a full on grand mol seizure. We took him to the emergency vet who was almost positive it was epilepsy. But testing had to be done to be sure we weren't dealing with anything else. MRI, spinal tap, blood work, testing of the liver. He was at the hospital for 4 days. Thank you Trupanion because i didn't have to make a decision based on finances. The testing was VERY expensive for a disease that's very cheap to treat. If it wasn't for Trupanion, my husband and I may have had to make a difficult decision. I can't thank them enough.

I am so grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance on my two dogs! I never hesitate to take them to the vet, I get quick responses from online help, reimbursement within a week, it's absolutely perfect. I haven't had any emergency situations yet, but I feel confident in Embrace to assist and aid me if a situation should arise.

I work at an emergency pet hospital and help clients submit their claims. My Healthy Paws policy is so easy. Once a year deductible, I pay 10% they pay 90%. Easy. I still can't figure out the payment scale for the pet insurance company that's been around the longest.

My cat is alive and well today because of Trupanion!
I purchased insurance for my 2 dogs and 2 cats 2 years ago. It was the best decision that I have ever made with respect to my pets wellbeing. In the last year one of my pets had 2 serious operations. Trupanion paid in each incident 90% of my total costs,after my deductible. They never questioned the expenses and sent me payment 5 days after receiving the bills. I wish that my own health insurance was as good.

I've had, so far, nothing but good things to say about Trupanion. I have recommended this company to everyone that have pets that would listen to me. I've posted openly on my FB feed praising Trupanion. See below: Original FB Post August 1, 2016 From time to time you just need to give a big fat shout out to a company that is ethical and have amazing staff and services. This is one of those times. The company is Trupanion Pet Insurance. If you have a pet then please, please, please… consider pet insurance and this company. My multiple claims for Stewie’s tummy problem was just approved and they will be reimbursing me 90% of most of his medical expenses, which as you may know if you had been reading my posts, ran into the thousands. Every person that I had contact with in this company (Trupanion ) was compassionate, understanding, efficient and amazing! I can’t say enough about them. Because of the last pet insurance company I dealt with, I had some serious stress and reservations especially when the bills started to pile up – what if they deny all my claims like the last company making some poor excuse that it was some sort of pre-existing condition? This was their standard excuse every time I tried to make a claim. Their premium increased every year. (if you want to know who they are PM me – but their initials are P.C. - they have since changed their name) I thought this may happen again but it didn’t with Trupanion. They were true to their word, they didn’t try to make excuses to deny my claims. I was informed by email or telephone calls of my claim’s status. Everything was seamless and transparent. Stewie is still not 100% yet but he seems to be on the mend and I’m not sure whatever that made him so ill will happen again but I’m less worried that if it does (I hope not) I can get as much care as I need for him. I know I sound like a commercial but I assure you, I’m not getting paid or discount to say these things. There are so many crappy companies out there that when I do find a good one they deserve not only my praise but also my sincere gratitude and recommendation!
