I had been considering pet insurance for a couple years but after browsing online had never really found a plan that looked like it would be worth it to get. After a conversation with a friend who raved about having insurance for her dog after a serious of injuries and illnesses, I decided to look into it again. My handsome dog was not getting any younger after all. I wanted a plan that would cover us under worst case scenarios. Embrace allowed us to set out insurance plan up exactly as we wanted it. You get insurance hoping you'll never have to use it. Unfortunately this year, use it we did. Several months ago they found a lump in my dog's anal sac that turned out to be cancer. We were (and still are) devastated. The insurance gave us the peace of mind to seek more than one opinion on how to move forward with his care. The insurance allowed us to make the best decisions possible for our dog, without having to worry about costs. His cancer appeared about half way through the first year of our policy (although it took several months to determine it was cancer). In August he was given weeks to months to live based on the significant spread. As of December we have used about $7,000 of the $10,000 coverage we purchased and I just received a renewal letter for our coverage in January. I worried they might not renew his policy given his condition, but was happy to see they did. My dog was a relatively healthy dog for this first 7-8 years of his life - no major issues. And then one day, he wasn't, and I have been so thankful that we made the choice to go with an Embrace pet insurance policy! Embrace is the Best!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for about 8 years. They are the best and provide amazing service and coverage. I have never had any problems with any claims. You can go to the vet of your choice and there is not benefit schedule which is very important. You can customize your plan as well. I feels good having peace of mind knowing that there is coverage for your pet.

I am very gratefull to Nationwide Insurance
I have had pet insurance for the past 18 years on my beloved Billy. During that period I had three major disasters that I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for Nationwide. When Billy was 13 he needed Knee surgery which was very costly and Nationwide stood by us and paid their portion of the claim. When Billy was 16 he had Vestibular Syndrome. We had to take him to the Emergency ward and the cost was extremely expensive. Nationwide took on quite a bit of the burden. And lastly when Billy was 18 he developed incurable Cancer and unfortunately passed away. The last few days I the emergency hospital was very expensive but not only did Nationwide help us pay part of the bill, they returned the premium for that period. I am truly grateful. I now have a new puppy and after looking at other alternatives. I chose Nationwide, since I feel that they are the best.

One of the few times something has lived up to my expectation.
I was very much surprised when I received notice that most of all our pet's routine annual checkup at our Vet's would be covered by her insurance. It was most pleasant to submit a claim and in a very reasonable time receive payment which was deposited directly into our bank account. We really had reservations about receiving any compensation and were truly pleased when we did. Well worth the monthly cost of the insurance.

You can't afford to NOT have Healthy Paws!
Our wonderful cat had a rough year. First he had a urinary blockage requiring a short stay in the hospital. Then a few months later he was back in the hospital again. The vets were first thinking he had a fatal virus, but later he was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. Throughout the entire stressful process and fear of losing our beloved animal, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was literally a life saver. Our cat's care was incredibly expensive (in total over $5000) and the cost of his care would have been crippling for my family. Healthy Paws was incredibly easy to work with and their app made submitting claims quick and painless. They covered what they said they would and even followed up to check on the health of our pet. If you have an animal you care about, you can't afford to NOT have Healthy Paws.

Embrace was there for me and my pug, Cassie
My pug, Cassie has been pretty healthy until one day she was very ill and had a high fever. It took quite a few tests and days at the vet to figure it all out. I worried about Cassie but didn't worry about what it was going to cost because I knew I was in good hands with Embrace! I was reimbursed and will always have insurance with Embrace! Thank you!

Outstanding Service...Satisfied Customer
We can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws. Unfortunately we have had to use our insurance pan many times over the past 6 months and each time the claim process has been smooth, fast and always to our satisfaction. In fact this past week our Cattle Dog needed surgery on his leg, a multi $1,000's operation. Healthy Paws arranged to reimburse our Vet directly for their share of the bill and our Vet was paid within hours of submitting the invoice. This service alone is worth the price of coverage. Every time I needed help over the phone the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I've asked our Vet to please promote Healthy Paws to all their patients.
