Best decision I ever made!!
After treating our yellow lab for 2.5 years for kidney failure, with no pet insurance, I knew I was going to get it for my golden as soon as I could financially afford to do so. I am so glad that I made that decision, not 2 months after the passing of my lab, my 7 year old golden was diagnosed with lymphoma. How hard that was mentally and financially, had Embrace not covered the treatment. I can not say enough about the staff at Embrace, so friendly, compassionate and helpful in working with you to get everything processed quickly. I receive my reimbursements for treatment like clockwork. This truly is the best desision I have ever made !!

Turn around time from claim submission to proactive feedback on claim status is consistent. I am never wonder what is that status of my claim, I am never having to call to request feedback on any issues of my claim, the Embrace Staff take initiative in contacting me regarding any matters relating to my specific claim.

Final claims submitted for my cat, Cheyenne
It was very easy to prepare and submit the claim for my cat. I thought the Claim details, including the Explanation of Benefits were easy to understand. Cheyenne was a Tortoise Shell cat. The pick list below under Breed doesn't include Tortoise Shell so I selected Calico, which is not the same as a Calico.

Love Embrace Pet Insurance
We have had Embrace Pet Insurance since our bullmastiff was a puppy. Lucky for us we have the insurance! We also bought the annual wellness care.-which we are very happy with! Our poor baby has allergies and Embrace has been a pleasure to deal with and we are so glad we have insurance!!! The medication and shots are extremely expensive and Embrace was there for us the whole step of the way and still is since this is an ongoing issue. They let you know right away that they got your Claim form and the process is very quick. I had an Insurance Agent check all Pet Insurance Companies and he told me to go with Embrace and I'm so happy we did!! If I ever have any questions they are answered by a very helpful staff and the claims are handled very quickly. Thank you Embrace-We are so glad we have insurance on our Girl-Fergie!!!!

What Life Saving Angels
Coconut is a 3 yr old chihuahua who has just recently had patella luxation surgery and repair of her ACL. She has had one previous claim for obstruction. My furry baby is my life so having Trupanion by my side has allowed me to care for her and not worry about the astronomical bills that pet care can add. My vet is even connected to them so they submit everything and when i pick her up i just pay my deductible or my percentage.

Embrace gives us so much peace of mind for Molly.
Our Molly is a very active 18 month old Labrador Retriever. When she was 12 weeks old we made the decision to get Pet Medical Insurance for her. So happy we did. As with anything we all hope we never need to use it but, we recently had an event where we turned in several Dr. visits with medications. While playing she became a bit over ambitious, slipped and injured her left hind leg. She was examined by our vet and determined she had a soft tissue injury which called for medication and rest (have your tried keeping an active Labrador with little activity), not an easy task. It took us two rounds of medication before her injury healed. I am so very thankful for the decision we made to give her the gift of Pet Insurance. Embrace was wonderful with these two claims. It doesn't take long until you reach your deductible since I am sure you all know it is not inexpensive keeping your pet healthy. Thank you Embrace for your rapid response time with our claims. By the way, let me know when you will begin covering humans.....we will be signing up for our medical coverage with you! Thank you for the service you provide and your quick turn time.
