My dog is healthy because of PetsBest
We have had our dog for almost nine years now, and purchased insurance right after getting him. About a week later, he ate a pin cushion (the cat was trying to kill her new brother) and had to have major surgery. The experience was the same that day as it was last month when Sue had to have his toe amputated: we did not worry about the money we had to spend because we were confident about his insurance. Since the amputation, we have discovered he had a fast moving cancer in that toe. If we had needed to wait to save for the surgery, he may have lost his foot or worse. The claims are easy to file, all correspondence is extremely professional, and the peace-of-mind is priceless! The older he gets, the higher the monthly premium, but the calmer I feel about my baby getting old.

Angry As Heck!!!
I have been with Petsecure for 14 years with very little problems until my cat got sick back in December. Within two weeks my baby was dead from Cancer. Over 30 days, 4 Claims and $3,300.00 later...I am still waiting. After being reassured by both Amanda & Paul that they have the claims, I think they erroneously paid the Hospital instead of me???? NO EXPLAINATION!

Embrace Pet Insurance-Well Worth It
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for four years. Unfortunately I have used it now twice. The first was a knee reconstruction on my Head and not only did they pay the claim after the deductible, they got additional bills from the vet and paid those even though I had not submitted them. This time two GSD got into Ibuprofen and the bill after one week at the emergency vet was $5600 Embrace paid $4407 of it and made it possible to continue the care they needed so as to reduce the possibility of kidney failure and keep my girls alive. When you wonder about $400 a dog per year PLEASE remember these stories. I could not afford (although I would find a way) to care for my GSDs without stress if it were not for this company.

Cover more/lower deductables. I Pay A LOT of money to you monthly and have barely used the insurance. And, the rates have increased exponentially since I signed up with you all, for only a few claims this is ridiculous.

insured way more than i expecting
the process wasn't tedious . i just took pictures of my bill and they got back to me 3 days later with what they were willing to cover and paying the monthly amount is definitely worth it because they covered 90% of my expenses
