I'm am very grateful to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. It was a hard enough to decide to put my dog through major leg surgery and it was a huge relief that money didn't have to be a factor in the decision. I researched many pet insurance companies when deciding which one was right for me and I partly decided on Healthy Paws because of the great reviews on customer service. And those reviews weren't wrong! I am so impressed with the ease of submitting a claim (their app is fantastic), the fast response time and a few days after the claim was completed I received a personal email just checking on my dog to make sure she was doing ok. I really do recommend them to all of my friends.

Figo is THE BEST!
I am SO excited to have joined the Figo Family. They were SO helpful, and answered any and all questions. They do not push any sort of program on you. Their site offers very clear information, but any questions you have, the Figo team is quick to respond. I spent well over 10 hours analyzing various pet insurances, and Figo offers the best coverage, at the best rate! Plus their customer service is top notch - and to me that makes a difference!

2 Leg surgerys in less than 3 months
In the last 3 months I have had over $10,000.00 in Vet billsHealthy Paws has been there the whole way.It is amazing how fast they process and pay claims. It has never taken more than 1 week to get paid. I will always insure my pets with Healthy Paws, It would be silly not to. I can say with complete confidence that there is no one better. And yes I have told all of my friends with pets about Healthy Paws.

Very happy I have Embrace for all my 4 kitties. One of them had cancer , another one developed a urinary tract infection, and having insurance made a huge difference. You dont realize how expensive treatments can be until something happens . Its money well invested, having insurance for you pets. With Embrace the whole process its smooth : claim submission as well as reimbursements. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

We decided to get our dog insured after struggling to afford medications and tests for our cat. I'd had another cat previously that I also struggled to afford veterinary care for, so at the suggestion of my boyfriend, we decided to go the insurance route. We got our dog signed up through their trial of insurance that we got at our veterinarian. Shortly after she broke a tooth, which they covered. A few months later she ate a naproxen tablet, which is toxic! I think the cat was trying to kill her because those pills were safely on the table when we left the house! Well they covered that vet stay too. Then she started vomiting and was later diagnosed with IBD. Not only have they covered that as well, but they pay my vet directly right at checkout so I don't have to worry about paying the full bill. It's been a real relief to pick up more than $200 worth of medication per month and only have to pay less than $20. We've been able to do things like ultrasound and endoscopy to diagnose what she has instead of treating her symptoms and hoping for the best like we've had to do in the past with other pets. We're even using Chinese herbal therapy right now to treat the IBD! We honestly could not have done all of that without Trupanion.

Do not recommend this insurance
When purchasing the insurance, pre-existing conditions were discussed. I was not informed that on the anniversary of a policy, everything becomes pre-existing. Therefore, nothing you had a claim on prior to the anniversary is covered by the insurance. Only new issues are covered. My mistake - trusting the conversation and not reading the very fine print. There are other pet insurances available, at the same price or less, consider issues that occur when covered are always covered, not just for the number of days left in your current year coverage. What a rip-off.

Awesome and Speedy service
DrSandra O'connor with Cedarwood Animal Hospital gave a brochure for your company while I was in her office and explained how everything on the program worked I took the wellness plan and am very pleased with the service so I will be adding all of my animals and I will probably sign up for the insurance.I have recommended Embrace to everyone I know that has animals.
