Great customer service and quick claim servicing
My entire experience with Healthy Paws was so incredibly positive. We had a scare with our mini doxie requiring emergency surgery, and when I called to clarify some billing/logistical issues, the rep I spoke with reassured me that the most important thing was our dog's health. It was so reassuring to hear that at the time. All three of her emergency room claims were paid very quickly and I could not be happier with their customer support and compassion!

I've had insurance since Lucy was puppy. A friend recommended insurance saying it seemed whenever her dog had problems it would be an emergency which can be more costly.She also recommend ASPCA. I have never had a problem with this insurance. Claims are paid and if not, explained exactly why. I think the rates are a little high but. It is definitely worth the peace of mind. I don't hesitate to get Lucy the healthcare she needs

Embrace cannot be beat!
We purchased Embrace when we first got our new puppy in 2012, primarily because our previous dog had degenerative valve disease, and was uninsured. The vet bills were horrendous, but we did everything we could do for her, including a trip to Michigan State for experimental heart valve repair surgery. She died on the table, but we felt we gave her our best shot. Then came Trudi. She had an unremarkable medical history for the first four years of her life--and then began having seizures. Not only is she epileptic, but she has been something of a brittle epileptic. Even after two drug changes she was having too many seizures, and then began to have more than one seizure in a single day, which has twice required hospitalization. Through all of this, the Embrace staff and company have been nothing but kind and helpful and prompt to help with the bills. My husband and I are in our late 70's, and are truly appreciative. We are also optimistic that a juggling of meds finally has Trudi's seizures down to a manageable level.

I've been happy with Embrace.
Easy to file. Helpful staff. Decent premiums. Have had Embrace for a number of years and only just needed it (do not have Wellness insurance). They had no problems covering Chloe's laser therapy for her sore shoulder. I have and will continue to recommend Embrace to friends.

Pets Best - Excellent coverage and service
My dog has had a couple bouts of intestinal problems over the past six months. I filed two claims and both were resolved extremely quickly (within a week) and both covered very high percentages of my cost - 80% in total, between both.In general, with Pets Best, the premium and co-pay are very reasonable. I'm extremely pleased.

Exceptional customer service and communication
I have had Healthy Paws for a couple years now. My experience so far has been exceptional communication and customer service. Each time a claim is submitted I get personalized email letting me know that it was received by my medical provider and a note asking me how my animal is doing. In October of this year, I experienced a devastating medial emergency with one of my cats. Louie was shot with a pellet gun and had to have a $5,000 life saving surgery. It was a relief to hear back from Healthy Paws with 1 week of the clam being submitted letting us know they were covering their 80% and a check was on it's way. I recently received a follow-up email asking me how Louie was doing. I wish my car insurance customer service was half as good as this!

I've always had quick results from Trupanion,
Several years ago I switched my pet insurance to Trupanion and have never regretted it. Payments for accepted illnesses or accidents are very fast, and the representatives at Trupanion are always friendly and understanding. You have many programs to choose from. Having health insurance for your pet in todays world is so important. Without it, the slightest problem with your pet can be so very expensive that many people can't afford it and the pet doesn't get the help it needs.
