BEWARE on verge of getting legal counsel
BEWARE! On the verge of getting legal counsel! Only gave 1 star bc I couldn't give 0 (zero). This company is always ready to find an excuse to not pay. Undue stress with every claim. Extremely expensive monthly premiums ($300.00 for two dogs, this is EACH MONTH! ) for the amount of aggravation you go through over EACH claim! Very slow in processing and they DON'T do their job. They say they send requests to vets but when you call the vet the vet tells you they were never contacted. They constantly ask for medical history because they want to put things under pre-existing conditions so they don't have to pay. Even the vets ask why do they need the medical history, nothing has changed! This is the vet who says this! Horrible customer service too. You can never get a manager. No one is there. They are in a meeting. Or, they left. Nothing but a constant argument. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! First denied they covered teeth. Had to get a screenshot from their website that advertised they are covered if fractured. Doctor told them they were fractured. Now denying it because they say they were worn. They Just don't want to pay the $2500.00

Trupanion was our first insurance experience but definitely not our first pet. They were a God send when our newest addition was diagnosed with a lifelong condition that would have otherwise been financially unmanageable. The process was easy to understand and the staff was so helpful. We tell everyone to get insurance now. EVERYONE. I cant imagine what we would have done otherwise.

Do not get coverage with this company!
Very disappointed with this company! After loosing our older cat we decided to get two kittens and make sure they were protected. After speaking to a very nice lady she convinced us it would be a great idea because we love them so much. After the waiting period and first month paid we decided to take them in, turns out there was an eye issue with the kitten that had occurred within that day or two. The total vet bill was $1500.00 and a lot of stress on us as well. Pet secure told us to provide them with a letter of the time of concern and they would process our claim. It took them 4 months to get back to us 4 months of us still paying them 90$ and finally they get back to us and tell us it is not covered and what I was told about the letter was incorrect. I am now waiting on a voice record of the previous conversation but who knows how long that will take them! 8 am so sorry that I did not read all the terrible reviews this company gets before going with them ... please take my advice and do not waste your time\money on this company.

Although I was not contacted to inform me that the invoice didn't attach in the email Embrace staff quickly requested it from my vet. When I emailed about the issue I received fast responses and everything was fixed quickly and the claim was processed.

Insurance that works
Best insurance ever! Well worth the premium. Lots of people tried to talk me out of pet insurance. Either they didn't love their pet as much as I love mine or they never dealt with one that was at a veterinarian a lot. So glad I have Pet's Best Insurance. It really is the best!
