Pets Best should be called Pets Best Insurance
Our 10 year old Mastiff female has been suffering with chronic kidney disease this year. Being able to afford her medical care has been a comfort. Our 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback has just been diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy and having insurance has allowed me to give him the medical care he needs. Claims are easy to file (even without the computer) and reimbursement arrives in time to pay the credit card bills. I have used a number of different insurance carriers over the years, but Pets Best has really lived up to their name.

Healthy Paws is Excellent
Just wanted to say THANK YOU for always being there when we really needed it. Choosing Healthy Paws insurance when we got our puppy about 6 years ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made. You make everything so simple and worry free. My family (and Lexi) appreciate that and I can not say enough great things about Healthy Paws and always tell anyone I know who gets a pet to check your website. Thanks again !!!

Slow To Warm Up But Now I Love Them
When I initially switched to this company they kept messing up my claims and did not know what a credit from the VET was. Once they worked that out there have not been any issues. My dog has a lot of health issues and I am very thankful that I have EMBRACE Pet Insurance because I never have to hesitate to take Chancey to the VETs for fear of how much it will cost.

Able to save my dogs' lives without second thought
My 10 1/2 year old German Shepherd, a retired Champion, was fine at 6pm, relaxing in his crate after he ate. At 7:20pm he started squeaking. When I checked on him, I realized he was bloating. Time is of the essence, as you have a 1-3 hour window to get them to the Vet for medical intervention to save their life. I was able to rush him to the ER and they saved his life with surgery. It is so comforting to know PetsBest is there for me, once again, to help save my dog's life. It seems that these life saving surgeries tend to cost $3500 to $5,000.I have had PetsBest since 2009. I have all of my cats and dogs covered with them. It is a great benefit and peace of mind knowing I can count on them. Very fair, very prompt.

Glad we have it!
Our 7 year old chocolate lab was recently diagnosed with diabetes. It is hard for him and for us but having the pet insurance has at least reduced some of the added concerns about the cost. He's worth every penny but this does help.

What a Relief!
I have had Trupanion for a few years on a rescue dog that I adopted. Not long ago, my dog bloated and torsioned (GDV). When the vet asked me if he could do x-rays and then surgery, I told him my dog had insurance and do whatever he needed to do. It was a huge relief to be able to put money issues aside and get my dog the emergency care he needed. This was my first claim for my dog, so it took awhile to get the vet paperwork in, and then the vet had to amend a note, but once this was done, payment was almost immediate.
