EASY to use, Wonderful Service
Love the easy to use app, you just upload a pic of your invoice to make a claim. They processed all my claims very quickly, and didn't give me any kind of hard time or try not to cover things. Everything they said would be covered was covered, no questions asked. So glad I got the 90% coverage. Paid for itself for sure. Took all the stress out of a stressful situation. Excellent insurance!! Highly recommend.

Healthy Paws is the best!
I got Healthy Paws insurance a few months after adopting my dog, Francis. I reviewed numerous pet insurance companies and decided HP was the best and most trustoworthy. I'm so glad I did because about a year after adopting Francis, he was diagnosed with mast sell cancer. Without insurance, I would not be able to pay for his treatment. HP has provided great customer service and they have reimbursed his treatment costs within the limits of their policy.

Horrible Customer Service
A website that doesn't recognize my email, even though Embrace emails me regularly, and endless hold time on calls. Impossible to get information on my claim. All in all, an awful experience.

It was a comfort to know when I found out my girl Raven had a torn ACL and would require surgery that I had coverage with Healthy Paws. The Best Pet Indurance
My six years old chihuahua got really sick on New Year's Eve, we took her to 24 hour hospital and she stayed there for two days. Thank god she got well but the bill was around $2000. I submited the claim with Healthy Paws and they were so fast and prompt in processing our claim. I received the check from them within a week of submission of my claim. They accepted all the charges and paid 90% of our bill. They even followed up on my dog's condition. Thank you Healthy Paws, you are the best pet insurance.
