Friendly customer service and easy-to-use website
So far, we've just used the Wellness claims for our 4 dogs. Every time I've phoned customer service with a question, the staff have been super nice and helpful. I always got my questions answered without feeling like I was bothering someone or taking too much time. We are really pleased that we chose Embrace, and we recommend you to others whenever the subject arises. Good job, everyone!

In a word TERRIBLE
My Vet just confirmed that your refusal to pay my insurance claim was inexcusable and there's no justification for it. My dog's incontinence 3 years ago has nothing to do with her developing a UTI. I will share this review in every social media avenue I have access to.

Easy to work with and great help with expenses
Our 2 yr old Frenchie had aspiration pneumonia twice. To mitigate chances of getting it again, tests were needed and potential surgery. Healthypaws was a great help when it came to the expenses for getting our dog healthy again. There was no fuss working with Healthypaws. Very easy and timely responses.

The customer service at Figo is excellent.
The customer service at Figo is excellent. Every agent I've spoken to has been very patient, cheerful and knowledgeable. Judy Pacheco was the agent who I spoke to when I was gathering information. She spent so much time with me and never once did I get the feeling she was becoming impatient. I really appreciated that and felt secure that Figo was the insurance company I wanted to deal with. By being able to get all the information I needed and by making me feel so welcome, I decided to sign on with Figo with Judy.

Healthy Paws Saved Pixie's Life
I bought pet insurance for both of my cats early when my wife and I adopted both of them. Many people were joking that why would I get insurance for my pets? Reason being is I have heard way too many horror stories of people not being able to afford the appropriate care for their fur babies should any emergency situation occur. Reading the reviews online about all the companies it was very overwhelming with all of the choices and pros/cons. After reading countles reviews I picked HealthyPaws. The sign up process was very easy and was able to customize our coverage. Jump forward to January 20th, 2017. Our 4 year old kitty, Pixie, had stopped eating and was losing weight and started vomiting. We rushed her to the emergency room that night and they immediately started looking at her and then drafted up a proposal of procedures which totaled about $1200 just out of the gate. With Healthy Paws I didn't even bat an eye as I knew 90% was going to be covered. I called the 800 number to verify the coverage and they said it will all be covered and to rest easy. Long story short, 3 days later and another $2000 we had a feeding tube put in and Pixie is much more at ease and resting at home and recovering. Submitting my claim was super easy. I snapped pictures of the complete invoice and 2 days later I was notified that it was completed and a check will be send in a few days. 2 days ago I received the check and only had to pay $600 out of pocket for $4000 worth of services. Thank you Healthy Paws for saving our fur babies life!

I've had my dogs covered by embrace for many years . I couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency of the companies staff. Informed, professionals and friendly. I never have to jump through hoops. Embrace holds to their commitment to my animals. I feel like they are part of my family. Working together with me has actually saved one of the lives of one of my dogs. I refer Embrace every time I see someone with a pet who engages me in conversation. No regrets here. Embracecis the best. My dogs are in pristine hands.

I had two English Bulldogs and thanks to Embrace, they both were able to live until 11. They both had tons of medical issues from age 6 (as many bulldogs usually do), and I'm so thankful for Embrace to be able to give our pets the best medical attention. Claim process is easy and smooth. I know exactly when they receive claims from my vet, if the claim is still in review, and when the claim has been closed.

Amazing and a life saver!!!!
I have had Healthy Paws cover 6 dogs and 2 cats to date and they have been beyond amazing. One of my dogs had an intestinal obstruction that required 3 emergency surgeries within a week, resulting in astronomical vet bills. To top it off, another of my dogs herniated a vertebral disc that required surgery within the same time period so both dogs were at the emergency pet hospital at the same time. Healthy Paws didn't bat an eye at any of my claims and I got my reimbursement check within a week. I also had an older dog that was prescribed acupuncture and physical therapy, both of which were covered. I feel great knowing that my beloved pets are protected and that they will not have to be denied health care because I can't afford it.
