Reliable and caring associates

On Nov.9th our cat Wimpy was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus. The vet put him on Vetsulin insulin. He has a blood glucose curve test done very month to see our he isresponding to insulin. Submitted claim to ASPCA. Good service!

No hassle timely service

My 9 year old Doberman female and best friend went through a five month period of decline and weight and appetite loss. It started with what was an apparent incontinence. My Vet did go down the rabbit hole as she continued to lose weight. She was drinking 24 ozs of water and having numerous accidents. She was also not eating. We finally took her to an internal medicine Vet. They would not let her go home. Emergency surgery yielded a ten pound tumor. Extraskelatal osteosarcoma (bone cancer outside of the bones). We were told she would only live another week. Three weeks later she is eating and happy. Embrace never questioned any claim and within one day of submission of claims they responded with coverage approval. They eliminated the additional stress of financial obligation from the already a very emotional and stressful time. Thank You Embrace

My Dog Dillon Started To Sleep…

My dog Dillon started to sleep a lot and used to be very excited to see me and he started to throw up some of his food so I took him into the doctor and they found a tumor in his stomach that was going to cost around 4000 dollar so they needed to do surgery right away. Now remember he is only 8 1/2 years old so I waited and right when they put him under his heart gave out. They tried to bring him back but no luck. Later I found out the the tumor broke and poison his body, stomach , and heart. I will always remember him DILLON. John S.

I Understand The Policy, I Jus…

I understand the policy, I just dont agree with it. Dogs are put to sleep for dental work and if they have to have teeth pulled that requires pain meds and sometimes stitches. That should be covered. I did not get the wellness policy because that"s 23.00 per month or $276 per year and you only reimburse $100.00. "

Please do not waste your money!

I have had Nationwide for a year and never submitted a claim until recently. I took my cat to the vet where my vet said she had hyperextension and referred us stating she would need surgery. I took her to Med Vet and they did several exams on her trying to determine why she was walking flat on her paws/legs. After numerous tests and $1,200 no cause could be determined. She also didn't require surgery. I submitted the claim along with vet records from Med Vet and her history at our vet. Previous visits were for skin, ears and teeth related issues. It took a month and a half for them to come back and deny the claim. I called and messaged the company to find out they sent a questionnaire to our local vet (one who referred us) when asked if my vet thought the condition was chronic she stated yes..that was why they denied the claim. My vet only preformed a very minimal exam. She did not even see her walk. She was also seen 2 weeks prior due to vomiting and dehydration. She had no issues with her paws/legs at that time and was even hospitalized to get fluids. They obviously did not take into consideration the very detailed information provided by the vet who spent hours examing her. I cancelled the policies. This company is so fraudulent and they will try to find anyway to deny a claim. Please do not waste your money on this. You will truly end up very disappointed.

Reimbursement FAST and easy!

My 3 year old Brittany suddenly started with seizures!! Hysterical we call our vet and then had to see a neurologist. After a consultation and an MRI we submitted the documents online and submitted. I got a check within 7 days and after the deductible I got 90% of the bills returned before my credit card bill arrived!!!! And they are concerned about your pet and services. They called a few days after and sent emails about 2 weeks after. I can't say enough GOOD things about Healthypaws!!!!!

Relief from easy/prompt HealthyPaws claim process

My 1 year old shepherd puppy recently had knee surgery and I was very impressed/relieved by HealthyPaws easy mobile app claim process and prompt payment. The funds came before I even had to pay my credit card bill.
