Great for my senior dog
Finally someone is offering reasonable health insurance for my 12+ dog! I have two other dogs insured through Embrace and I love the fast claims service and that I don't have to squabble about the cost. What my vet charges is accepted--there is no schedule of benefits. Nice people to deal with if there happens to be a problem. My dogs give it a great paw rating.

Best customer service ever
When you call, they know who you are and ask about your dog. They pay claims without debating every little thing, and truly gave me no worries at all even when a claim went miscategorized for a short while. They listened, realized the error quickly, and got it fixed immediately. Easiest relationship I've eve had with an insurance company, hands down!

Lifesaver
I chose ASPCA pet insurance because a portion of the funds supports that organization's good work. I stick with it because the claims process is simple and quick and a large percentage of expenses are reimbursed. There are things that aren't covered, requiring me to work with my vet clinic to find less expensive alternatives, but overall having this insurance has reduced my vet costs considerably... and that's a big relief.

The best pet insurance out there
Great insurance company. So easy to file a claim using their mobile app and a very quick turnaround time for getting paid. The only thing that would be even better would be if they offered well care. When one of my dogs passed, they sent me a condolence card hand signed by their employees!

Not Sure It's Worth It
I bought full wellness coverage with accident care for my dog. I recently had her spayed with an overnight hospital stay. No, I didn't take her to a low cost spay clinic, which is all the Pet's Best coverage amount would of covered. I am so disppointed in this coverage. I will keep it for accidence care, but I don't think I would recommend it to other people. I could have saved money in an account and paid less.

My senior saint Bernard Humphrey has been relatively healthy but was recently diagnosed osteosarcoma. I was devastated, but Pets Best has covered all of his vet visits, and acupuncture treatments to keep him pain free. Because his immune system is compromised, he is more susceptible to respiratory infections, and I don't hesitate to take him to be treated right away, because I know Pets Best will cover most of the cost. If you have a pet you need pet insurance, and I think Pets Best is the best choice.
