The EOB could identify the claim year parameters and show how much of the deductible has been met for a given claim year. I had to figure out for myself why my claims had not reached the deductible, when the total over a 6 month period exceeded my deductible.

My poor beagle, Sundae, had 3 leg surgeries last year (2016) - she tore the ACL in both legs. Unfortunately, one of her legs never fully healed and she doesnt use it and is in pain. We have to keep her on pain mess to help manage her discomfort. "
